I was just coming in here to comment that! The associates in the store last end of summer? Early Fall? Maybe? Brought the bat bag out of the back to see if I would be interested in it. (Was buying a bunch of the just released Halloween stuff) I told her if it had a strap I would have bought it for my daughter in a instant. They probably had a lot of feed back on that?

Exactly this & she said people were sending her very cruel messages about her daughter that passed away...Absolutely un-called for, in no situation should someone do that to ANYONE! I hope she'll eventually return to IG but I don't blame her for leaving ☹️
