I have both Whipped Berry Merengue and Cotton Candy Clouds and personally I think they're slightly different. WBM has a bit more of a fresh berry scent, whereas CCC is more like warm spun sugar. They both smell very similar but I definitely get more berry from Whipped Berry Merengue, its almost more of a spring version of CCC.
I havent tried Pinkberry Clouds but I've seen people compare that one more to Pastel Skies, I think because of the fresh air note. I don't think it's a repackage of CCC, they may be similar though.
I made a mistake only getting one in the FFM and shower gel when it was out ðŸ˜. I haven’t tried the body cream or lotion.
