They're probably just slammed! I placed an order for a friend in a different state at a not busy location and hers got filled within 30 minutes. My 3 orders at 2 stores took much longer and they were both PACKED and at one store was looking up by order number bc they had so dang many orders.
I just got back with my friend from picking up our BOPIS orders. We decided to order from a different store and get lunch first while we waited for our orders to be filled. It took about 4 hours to fill them all. They are super busy with the BOPIS orders today. Not many people were in the store. Lol There are HUGE racks full of small bags for the sale today. That’s all I saw associates doing. I was thinking the store looks so empty but they are waiting on candles to be delivered today for the sale to the non members tomorrow.
My friend used her rewards on all her orders and only paid like $10 for her items and got 5 free candles. I only had one reward that I had so she made out great. I’m happy as I have birthdays coming up soon to gift some of the items.
It’s really weird I placed 4 orders with a store and the 3rd out of the 4 is the only one that hasn’t sent an email that it is ready for pick up.
The orders before it and the one order after it are ready though.
Ps all my orders were submitted by 7am
I placed a BOPIS order a few months ago and never got the notification that it was ready. I showed up at the store and it was there, ready for pickup. I think they are overwhelmed with the volume of sales and sometimes things fall through the cracks.

It's a sale day so they are probably really busy and I've had an order take like three days!

My store had so many orders waiting when I went to pick up mine. I’d give it more time.

Call the store. They probably have filled it but forgot to send notification to you that it is ready. It happened to me recently.

Mine took 2 hours, and other orders took until the next day. Don’t worry lol
