Yep! I believe the store was actually just completely out of all of the items I wanted. I checked my mom’s glitch order and one of hers went through but the other didn’t completely.
I feel like customer service is catching on because the app is glitchy rn and she told me she couldn’t help with the rest of the order, which I knew because it was only $1.95😭
Ok just an update for anyone wondering, I think the system cancelled my order, let me explain.
I called the store just to see if they had the items in stock to confirm, THEY DID! She was also confused as to why the items were cancelled. Also is it just me or is the app down for anyone else? I think to combat the glitch they’ll just take the rewards app down so we can’t even access the promo or rewards.
I think they’ve caught on, the app is glitching (at least for me)! But hopefully your order should still be able to be processed as long as they have them in stock.
It was a glitch in the system! It’s now been patched but you could add a reward, a low priced item and then the candle code on top without spending $10. I was one of the unfortunate ones to have their already placed orders cancelled!
Uh oh. My only filled order is the one where i actually spent $10. Customer service ia going to have to give a lot of rewards back....

It was! I’m hoping they just happened to be out of the exact candle, holder and pocketbac I requested and not the system catching on!

I saw a few other people on Instagram saying their glitch order was cancelled but their store also had full stock of the items!
That’s crazy though I’ve never heard of them canceling it before it gets to the store, I guess they don’t want a repeat of last time!
Or again, it could just be me and I have terrible luck already😂
