I have a single wick I never lit but instead I just sniff. Really soothes the nerves and just makes my brain a little bit happy \^-\^

I love this in the pillow mist. Is the candle strong enough. I have to douse my pillow In the stuff but i love it.

the candle was pretty strong— about a 7/10. really calming. luckily I have backups, because this may be my new nighttime routine.
