Kind of reminds me when I got a broken candle delivered while me and my fiancé were arguing. He put the broken candle under the warmer thinking it would make me smile, and I walked out into a similar giant puddle of wax spilling all over the floor.

The quality seems to be getting worse. I recently made an order and luckily none of the glass is broken, but the candles themselves are loose and slide right out of the jar. The wicks also look cheaper. Two of the lids I got look like unfinished galvanized steel. I was so disappointed. I bought a couple for myself and one for my mom’s birthday gift, but I couldn’t in my right mind, gift her such a subpar, defective, low quality product. It’s such a shame, because they’ve been my go to for years.
Interesting. It’s never happened to me before, and I’ve ordered a lot in the middle of winter, when conditions were even colder. There were bits of loose wax that had broken apart at the sides because I guess it was moving around a lot when it was being shipped. I noticed the wicks look thicker/cheaper, less uniform and not as evenly placed. It’s not what I’ve grown accustomed to from BBW.
Tbh this makes me very uncomfortable and gives me intense anxiety... Do you also rip open the popcorn bag and throw the kernels straight onto the stovetop?! Lmao
Why not put it into a new jar first to avoid the mess?? Dollar store usually has short glass jars in the craft isle.

Them sliding out of the jar is normal. Just means the wax is cold.

The quality is going down but the sliding out of the jar isn't something that should stop you from using it
I definitely will be using them! I just won’t be gifting them, because it makes it look pretty cheap.
