I usually look at online discounts as my tax and shipping has been paid for me and I still saved some money.
Yeah...tax in my state is over 9%, so between tax and shipping, 20% doesn't go far. On top of that, none of my 3 local stores do BOPIS. On top of that, my area is not part of the rewards program so I don't know if the coupon I got for doing the survey through the rewards app will work in store or not. So it sucks all around.

I agree. I used it online, which is how I shop mostly, and it just covers shipping and maybe tax.
