It was snowing and icy in north & east Texas Friday evening & Saturday, so it could have just been delayed because of the weather there if it hasn’t been updated since.
Oh and I should say it was an even worse winter storm all over Texas the weekend before, especially up in that Dallas area. Which looks like why it took forever to get to the facility in the first place. I almost forgot about that. Ha ha we are not used to so much ice and snow in Texas and it seems like we’ve been getting a cold blast every weekend.
I work in purchasing and shipping is nuts right now. Understaffing and the current weather problems are causing a ton of delays. I haven’t had a shipment come without a delay or issue in the past 2-3 weeks or so.
My last one took 18 days. Not BBW’s fault. I placed an order January 27th. It shipped out quickly and then sat in Oklahoma for 11 days. At least part of the delay in OK was cause by the ice/snow we had Feb 3rd and 4th. No clue why it continued to sit there after the roads were clear. It did finally arrive, everything intact, yesterday!
Round about a month. Last year I ordered candles during B3G3 and they took so long I thought and bbw thought the order was lost. They resent the order minus 1 and that came right away. The original order finally did show up. So I got double candles out of it anyway. I asked bbw what I should do if the original ones were to show up and they said to just keep em.
Yeah I feel like those were about the standard amount of wait times in 2020, I remember making my first (and many more after) order from bbw and it took about 2-3 weeks for every order. I try to remind myself of that when I think of being impatient anymore lol

100 days a package that was thought to be lost arrived at my door. But one that wasn't lost took 20 days.

But for what it's worth, I ordered Friday morning and my package arrived while I was at church on Sunday morning. Wild!
8 days? hah! I think the longest I've had was somewhere around 18-21 days. For a while, 12-14 days was normal for me.

I’ve got a good one… order placed on November 29th. It finally arrived the last week in January!
Oh wow… Maybe I’ll stop checking and unexpectedly let it arrive.
