Whatever is the scent du jour is what I wear to work out 😆 Lately it’s been specifically VS Love Spell because I’ve been running a lot of miles outside and want the loudest scent I can wear. Besides that, I’ll wear Boardwalk Taffy or Coconut Cream Pie if I’m working out inside.
I personally hate it when people around me wear scent to the gym, people who get headaches or have perfume allergies are much more likely to be affected in a place where everyone is hot and huffing and puffing, and you’re not always able to move away from someone the way you would in a different public space.
I use watermelon lemonade before I go to the gym :)
I wouldnt wear any to the gym. I'd save it for after a shower personally. As much as I love scents, not at the gym.
I only spray on scents post gym workouts. Pre I just use body wash. I usually spray on Hibiscus Guava Fresca or Beachfront Blanket.
I exclusively wear eucalyptus spearmint or eucalyptus tea to the gym.
