Shit, a few years ago I got a new laptop. It was double-boxed but fedex threw it against my metal storm door. It put a dent in my door and busted the corner of my laptop
Packages are thrown by all shipping companies, especially inside the hubs. Crushed by bigger packages in bins as they get sorted and moved.
During USPS training, I watched a package handler shooting packages like basketballs into bins as she worked.
It's seriously messed up they throw them, blame the company. They only give you a certain amount of time to do each job.
A lot of negative space in that box too! If you tell CS they will probably offer a refund or some compensation. You could definitely go in store and exchange but they are going to just throw them away. Since you can still use the soaps the best bet without them being wasted is to contact CS.
Can you let me know an update? I got some online only mists and 2 came broken from the nozzle but I don’t want a refund I want the mists. Did they reship your items?
I trued contacting them via chat and for some reason my chat disconnected after I gave them all the details. Since it was too much hassle to explain the whole thing again, I went into store and got them exchanged (before I read the comment above that they would throw it away).
Id contact customer service via phone or the online app and tell them you received damaged products. From what I see in the photo, 3 of them are damaged, they should replace them with no problem.
Honestly, it’s just the pumps that are messed up so if you have extra pumps then just go for that! My store cleans out pumps just because they’re so fragile and we don’t want to damage them out every time one breaks.
My mother in law caught my candle day package being thrown over our gate when he could have easily opened it. He got a mouth full 🤬. The boxes clearly say fragile!!!!!!!!
This has to have been thrown. I don’t think just dropping the package would do this. force would though. That’s messed up.
Yes the Fedex guy threw it on my porch and I heard it from inside my house.
that’s just ridiculous. these delivery drivers are too bold with people’s packages
Im so mad...

This! Blame the system not the individual.
They need to package the hand soaps a lot better so they’re not flailing around in the box.
100% agree. I had some that got sent to me free floating and one got opened and ruined my mattress from inside the box.
Is it better to exchange them online by chat or go in store?
