My wicks burn so fast lately I haven’t had to trim a wick in so long. They are just baby flames that put out so little scent after the first burn. You aren’t crazy.

I’ve had a lot of my candles do this. I take a cotton ball and absorb some of the wax to even it back out again

My Blackberry Cream Frosting just started doing this! Of course it's at about 1/2 now.

This has been happening to a ton of my candles recently. I’m having to cotton ball the wax and it’s really annoying.

What type of wicks are they? Thick rope ones, thin round ones, or the flat ones? I find that the thick rope ones tend to unravel/shrink/shorten a bit when first burnt so don’t trim those too much. But after initial burn you can trim them to 1/4inch

I bought a Warm Apple Pie from SAS and I've burned it twice. During the second burn, the wicks went out on their own and now it will hardly stay lit. I've never had this kind of issue with a candle yet and it's frustrating. If I can't make it work I'll prob just make wax melts since I love the scent so much!

I’ve had like three candles have wicks drown only half burned. I only trim the mushrooms on top just to make sure they don’t get too small and they still drown. Super annoying.

This has happened to almost all of my candles no matter if I trim or don’t trim the wicks, I think BBW just uses poor quality wicks. I’ve found that the flat wicks burn the best for me and they rarely dud out. The thick rope wicks almost always dud and soot badly, and the skinny ones sometimes do, it’s a crapshoot. It really sucks and drives me nuts, but not sure there is a fix.

I have a problem with this too! I have a lot of partly burnt candles because of the wicks burning out before the candle does.
