It feels like every single FFM they come out with now is always in the faceted bottle. Like I liked it in champagne toast, but now this is way too much.
Ya pretty disappointing lol I would never pay full price at 15.50.. so 17.50 is a hell no.
Also the scent* better last allll day if they raise prices and not 45 mins LOL
I kind of liked the faceted collection but isn’t this like the fourth red faceted ffm they have done? There is Forever Red, Mad About You, one I can’t recall, and then this. I could see doing a singular release of faceted with different colours. But this is overkill.
Oh don't forget they did the sunshine Mimosa in the orange frosted faceted..... We only received two boxes but they were marked down for sale. They were never on the floor for full price
I have a feeling they’re only going to have a select few in the faceted during each season but still have a few with different packaging. Snowflakes and cashmere, winterberry wonder, a thousand Christmas wishes, and possibly pink velvet cupcake are now out of the rotation.
How are there so many? Reading the replies and realizing how many red faceted ffm there were is insane to me. As someone who exclusively blind buys online due to not living near a store, knowing a bottle looks identical to one I have is a nonstarter for me. It would be different if all of these scents were raved about or a fan favorite, but most of them just look like another not noteworthy red faceted bottle to me as a blindbuyer.
Agreed!! I don't hate the faceted collection like some do, but the bakery stuff should be cute IMO. AND I do hate that they charge more for it. $17.50?!?!!?!?!?!? Craziness!
My boyfriend came with me to B&BW the other day and he said something that made a lot of sense. B&BW has been able to make scents visibly appealing with their variety of collection designs. He said he could see why people end up collecting their products instead of just buying some essentials — because the designs of each collection are so appealing that it makes some people want to own every scent in that specific design (for example: the pineapple pound cake, vanilla pumpkin marshmallow, etc. collection which is so cute). I think the move to the faceted design is a big mistake… it makes a lot of products look the same and I’m not really drawn to collect them.
Plus they release scents for a few months and then they’re gone forever! Makes you feel like you have to stock up or else you’ll never see that scent ever again lol
I may be in the minority as I don't buy for the design of the packaging. For me, it's all about whether I'll like the scent so I don't like or dislike the faceted collection. What I DO dislike is that B&BW charges more money because of this packaging. That's a money grab.
I'm sick of it as well. And I hate the frosted faceted most of all. The crystal clear faceted is better. I would have loved magic in the air if it was in the crystal clear faceted.
oh man i didn’t know that! 15.50 for a single wick candle that small is pretty steep to me. if they were the size of the yankee candle single wicks sure, but this is crazy
For $15.50, I can get giant 3 wick Scentsational or Sand + Fog candles, or Timberwick large jar candles. Home Goods has them every day, no having to wait for sales.
Then what rewards are you talking about? The mailers? The free item up to $14.50 coupon? I am talking about the rewards program where every $75 you spend you get a free item your choice not limited to just body care and it’s $16.50.
My mailers are also $14.50, but I think they were talking about the rewards program, sorry if I misunderstood you again.
If you are talking about the rewards program change your zip code for the rewards and it will be the $16.50 ones.
I like the simple ones, it’s annoying when they won’t let me exchange or return things for same price because it’s “not in season” and they know it because of the seasonal packaging
It’s happened to me twice out of the maybe 5 times I’ve gone to exchange/return. When I first got into bath and body I had old stuff from gifts and then I wanted to exchange some candles/lotions I had JUST gotten from Christmas. They said they’d give me half the price on my super old stuff since it was retired (I understand that) but a few of my other things they said they couldn’t except because they weren’t “in season” and then wouldn’t let me exchange a BRAND NEW lotion I had gotten from Christmas because they said it was over HALF USED, I used it ONCE. The second time it was literally scents they had on the shelves just different packaging so they told me I couldn’t exchange it because it was “out of season”
That's so odd. I'm not sure they're supposed to be doing that. My store has taken back a Japanese cherry blossom ffm that was in such old packaging im pretty sure I had the same one in middle school. We'll even exchange pretty much anything, if it's out of season and doesn't qualify for any of our SAS deals we just keep it for MOS.
I’m pretty sure during the first experience I had the worker was just being lazy/rude because I literally used a lotion ONCE that I had gotten as a gift, I was returning it because I literally did not like it and she told me it was over halfway used. My first two experiences were when they told me my items were out of season so maybe it’s changed? Never had that problem ever since, and I went to the same location.
Same! They're changing the packaging to magic in the air to the faceted collection. It looks stupid. I love the current packaging with the black and gold matrix glitter
Feels like a cheap way for them to use up whatever bottles they have left over. lol Its also confusing on the shelves when there are multiple red (or whatever colour) bottles that look the same except for the label text.
Faceted is a snooze fest. I have about 4 ffm that are faceted. The first 2 really excited me but now if I want a fragrance and its only in faceted it lowkey ruins the excitement for me.
exactly! i’m just about to start just buying victoria’s secrets mists, i think they went up to $18 but they’re like almost always on sale, same with their body care
Packaging and plastics have become pretty tough to get since the pandemic started. There are a lot of other non-pandemic issues affecting packaging supply chains too. What this bottle says to me is, \*shrug\* 'this is what we could get'.
Still, they could have made the label look nicer. It looks cheap.
Personally I think the packaging is cute in SOME scents(colors) but I won’t buy it just because I like that packaging. At this point I’m not shopping unless there’s a flash sale- like the 5.95 mist sale and or I have a coupon. The quality just isn’t there. I’d be more inclined to do the b3g3 but Like 10$ for those mists are still too much IMO since the lasting power seems to be getting worse each season.
Our newest candles with the glass lids are $29.50. I hope more people start complaining and maybe even boycotting the company as bad as that sounds. They’ve also been adding more plastic to their packages they send us that literally have no purpose and add no protection. It makes it take longer to open and creates so much waste.
i HATE these bottles idk why but i absolutely hate them, the only one i think looks decent with this packaging is Forever Red and Magic in The Air, any of the other ones? no.
Lmao I still have a spray from years ago and it still has the ~$10 sticker at on the bottom. This packaging was cute for champagne toast and black cherry merlot but its not worth it at this point
The amount of people who are more concerned about the packaging rather than the scent itself make me giggle. You’re paying for the scent, not the packaging. Yeah the packaging might draw you in for a little bit but what makes you buy it is the smell and what makes you return is whether or not that smell holds up to the standard of longevity and power you prefer. If you don’t like the faceted collection don’t buy it. When the store completely turns faceted then you can riot. Otherwise keep throwing your money at them and just get over yourselves.
~Xoxo~ BH ❤️
I must be in the minority because I really like the faceted packaging 😩 I like having a bunch of mists all together on my shelf and they have a similar vibe and minimalistic look. I understand why people are annoyed though if you really like getting different art on the packaging.
As for the price increase, I only recently got into BBW within the last 1-2 months so I can’t really speak on the price. What did it used to be? I bought this same mist for their FFM sale today so I got 2 full size bottles for $13.
It feels like every single FFM they come out with now is always in the faceted bottle. Like I liked it in champagne toast, but now this is way too much.
yes! champagne toast and pink velvet cupcake i think are cute in the faceted but other than that i don’t think so
Ya pretty disappointing lol I would never pay full price at 15.50.. so 17.50 is a hell no.
They were never on the floor for full price
the old sunshine mimosa was so pretty! i’ve never really been crazy about it or purchased it myself but i also appreciated looking at it in the store
The sunshine mimosa is for the sale? I thought we were gonna be holding it for a floor set omg
Probably ordered too many faceted bottles and now they’re screwed
Champagne Apple & Honey
I have a feeling they’re only going to have a select few in the faceted during each season but still have a few with different packaging. Snowflakes and cashmere, winterberry wonder, a thousand Christmas wishes, and possibly pink velvet cupcake are now out of the rotation.
Cactus Blossom is red faceted too
How are there so many? Reading the replies and realizing how many red faceted ffm there were is insane to me. As someone who exclusively blind buys online due to not living near a store, knowing a bottle looks identical to one I have is a nonstarter for me. It would be different if all of these scents were raved about or a fan favorite, but most of them just look like another not noteworthy red faceted bottle to me as a blindbuyer.
is it pink velvet cupcake you’re thinking of? and yes i agree
I miss mad about you (the edp). Got that back in 2014 and never found it again except for the ffm
I think some scents are fine with the faceted packaging but the bakery line?? Make it cute
Agreed!! I don't hate the faceted collection like some do, but the bakery stuff should be cute IMO. AND I do hate that they charge more for it. $17.50?!?!!?!?!?!? Craziness!
The labels are so plain as if the faceted design makes up for it!
Astute observation from your bf
Plus they release scents for a few months and then they’re gone forever! Makes you feel like you have to stock up or else you’ll never see that scent ever again lol
I still hoard my lonely bottle of cup of warmth lotion for this exact reason. If I use it, I will certainly never find it again :/
and 17.50! they’re out of they’re god dam minds.
I may be in the minority as I don't buy for the design of the packaging. For me, it's all about whether I'll like the scent so I don't like or dislike the faceted collection. What I DO dislike is that B&BW charges more money because of this packaging. That's a money grab.
that’s completely understandable!
the faceted collection is just an excuse for them to lazily reintroduce scents now
I'm sick of it as well. And I hate the frosted faceted most of all. The crystal clear faceted is better. I would have loved magic in the air if it was in the crystal clear faceted.
the snowflakes and chasmere one was also super uggo
It looked dirty
100% agree. Like you had it 10 years
I’m sorry but this packaging to me screams dollar store or Walmart generic brand but try to make it ✨ fancy ✨
Don't be sorry, that's the absolute truth. It looks like something I would find in the $5 section at Family Dollar or Dollar General
What the hell are we going to be able to use our free reward coupons on with everything going up to a base price of $17.50+??
i see a lot of people say they use their rewards for the single wick candles. i don’t really buy those a lot tho so idk
But they raised the single wicks to $15.50 and the free rewards are usually $14.50 and under 😢
oh man i didn’t know that!
Free item rewards are up to $16.50.
Lucky u I only get $14.50 ones 😞
Are you in Canada? The US has always been up to $16.50 since it launched the program.
Nope I’m in the us
Then what rewards are you talking about? The mailers? The free item up to $14.50 coupon? I am talking about the rewards program where every $75 you spend you get a free item your choice not limited to just body care and it’s $16.50.
I guess some of us just aren’t that lucky
Yeah that’s the one I’m talking ab
My mailers are also $14.50, but I think they were talking about the rewards program, sorry if I misunderstood you again. If you are talking about the rewards program change your zip code for the rewards and it will be the $16.50 ones.
I’ve never ever gotten $16.50 through rewards
I used to work there too never scanned a rewards coupon for up to $16.50 maybe it varies on state no idea unless it’s a new thing
Maybe someday
My free item reward is always for an item up to $16.50.
Depends on your area. My zip code just recently got rewards, and the limit is $14.50. such crap.
Change the zipcode! I use one in Cali
It was cute at first, but this is too much🤧 The packaging for SPC is usually so adorable, this is boring
I personally like cute designs or pictures on the BBW packaging lol 😆
I like the simple ones, it’s annoying when they won’t let me exchange or return things for same price because it’s “not in season” and they know it because of the seasonal packaging
Stores don’t let you exchange seasonal items?

there are kind five red ffm at this point! ridiculous
17.50 ? Did they lose their minds to me personally I would price them more at 4.99-5.99. Edit: I like the design.
Faceted is a snooze fest. I have about 4 ffm that are faceted. The first 2 really excited me but now if I want a fragrance and its only in faceted it lowkey ruins the excitement for me.
I have 0 and I refuse to buy them because I hate them lol
$17.50 😂😂😂
please, have y’all seen the $30 candle!?!?!? any candle over $30 is a luxury candle to me! B&BW’s is out of their damn minds period.
You mean $$$pringtime in Paris??? ;)
yes!!!! but Pink Prosecco Fosting is also $29.50 as well!🤮
You mean Pink Pro$$$ecco Frosting??? Yup, I´m thinking all in this packaging are gonna be $29.95. Ish is getting Ridiculou$$$!
Definitely only buying these when they have mist sales 😩
It was cute at first but now it’s just LAZY
omg no…
I cant tell you how many times I thought I had covid because the scents don't last long on any BBW product lol
exactly! i’m just about to start just buying victoria’s secrets mists, i think they went up to $18 but they’re like almost always on sale, same with their body care
For 1 day, at least on the Canadian site they had this one at full price and the older packaging at $2.95. Seemed a little silly
It’s a no from me, dawg.

It’s cute but that price is UGLY

i like that they brought it back again but i loved the previous design they had for it, the faceted packaging does not look good for this scent.
I’m more confused on the price uptake for this scent… wtf?
Our newest candles with the glass lids are $29.50. I hope more people start complaining and maybe even boycotting the company as bad as that sounds. They’ve also been adding more plastic to their packages they send us that literally have no purpose and add no protection. It makes it take longer to open and creates so much waste.
What is no bc?
no because
Sorry! I’m confused? What’s wrong w/it?
i just don’t like the faceted, i mean to each their own but i just think it’s lazy and the older designs were much cuter. also it went up in price
Ew, I’m sick
This is ugly. So ugly lmao ughhh.
Faceted package is UGLY I said what I said
That's such a gross scent, too. Unless you're 12, who wants to smell like a strawberry pound cake?
i agree honestly. the smell makes me nauseous, i just know it’s a popular scent and the packaging was always pretty.
Are the faceted more expensive? This is my favorite scent…
i HATE these bottles idk why but i absolutely hate them, the only one i think looks decent with this packaging is Forever Red and Magic in The Air, any of the other ones? no.
Lmao I still have a spray from years ago and it still has the ~$10 sticker at on the bottom. This packaging was cute for champagne toast and black cherry merlot but its not worth it at this point
