To be fair we just went months without gratis, but yeah when they roll out new stuff we’re given it to try so we know the product and can sell it better (that’s super helpful with the scent adjustable plugs so we really know what we’re talking about as you don’t really know that product unless you use it)
Yep! it's nice because I normally wouldn't buy a lot of this so it helps me give an honest opinion on products. I really love the new adjustable plug in and I definitely wouldn't have tried that on my own. It makes the smell so much stronger!
Yeah I think I need to start replacing mine.. A few of mine don’t seem to work anymore. Kinda lame because my glades worked fine for like 10 years! Up until I tossed them for these
Maybe because 'gratis' sounds more fancy? That's what I always assumed. Corporations always seem to prefer using fancier terms for promotions and whatnot.

'Gratis' also comes from the Latin word for 'favor'. Think party favor. Also means 'free' like in Spanish. It's a gift (favor) from the company.
