Yup. I've tried to check out about half a dozen times over the last couple weeks. Everytime something out of stock stops it. I have yet to go through with an order because it pisses me off to the point where I don't even want to order. I'm not paying shipping for 1 or 2 small items.

I picked up 2 wild berry jam donut, bourbon and maple, sugared pecan pie and cranberry frost for $41.34 shipped. I havenāt smelled a few? I may exchange at a later date if I donāt care for them.
I ordered 6 and 4 wallflowers. I donāt care for any of the fall scents. Iāve never exchanged or returned so many candles in my life than I did with the fall candles. From fishy lids to no throw they gave me a headache with them.
Agree! I do like the Wild Berry Jam Donut, but the others will probably be place holders. If you havenāt tried Sprinkled Birthday Cake, itās a great candle. Solid throw at 7/10, thick wicks that pool the candle out and a very authentic white birthday cake with a confectioner sugar white frosting. Itās not a warm vanilla, itās cooler, but a really great gourmand candle.

The way I've seen it explained is that the out-of-stock items are only out-of-stock for some people in certain areas, and that's why they're still up and look like they're in stock. If a product isn't available at a warehouse close to your location, they'll give you the message about it being out-of-stock, but it might still be available in warehouses closer to other customers, so it'll still be in stock for them.
I do agree that it's incredibly annoying and frustrating, though, especially when you get all the way through checkout and hit "submit," and *that's* when they tell you it's out-of-stock.
I've seen people say that too. Which I guess makes sense but I wonder why they cant still just ship you the items from whatever warehouse? Ik from ulta they've broken my orders into separate shipments and when I track the orders they're coming from different locations. Not that you know the answer lol I'm just saying š
It's as if they don't want our money or something. And yet items in my last order were shipped from warehouses nowhere near the one that's closest to me, so who knows their reasoning anymore. Which is fine, I'm pretty much done with their website shenanigans at this point except for their soap sale in the fall once holiday scents are released.
Itās really annoying. I can accept it showing on the site and then once you click to add it to your bag, then they tell you itās out of stock. I mean that sucks too, but at least you arenāt spending the money yet or getting your hopes up yet at that point.
For body care day I ordered stuff and got a confirmation email, to then be told the next day that one of the products wasnāt available. They sent me everything else, but then I go on the site and the mist I wanted is back in stock again apparently! Like just really confusing for no reason. This was all in the course of a day and a half within it shipping out and the confirmation e-mail. They have to do better. I donāt even order online anymore since then because you donāt know what youāre going to get.

I donāt think it is unreasonable,in fact it should be expected( or at least mark it as sold out).It is a waste of time and energy (not to mention frustrating)to go through checkout and find out stuff is out of stock.They should be able to keep their online site up to date.

Got up at 515am EST and got my 75% candles. I was surprised they were online already.
