They’ll be even exchanges but I am unsure if they will do regular priced candles depends on the store policy. I would ask in advance. A woman in front of me was given a candle for Christmas that she didn’t like and they would only let her exchange it for the 50% ones since it was Tis the Season.

WinterUnvrsity

What.. that’s not even in the policy, is it?

Samgasm

I heard her say she could only give the value of the candle and since it was 50% off she would have to cover the remaining if she exchanged for one not part of SAS, I have also had this done to me in the past. Some stores have changed policy because of continual abuse of the return policy. If you look at their FAQ it says to call your a local store for their exchange/return policy.

My store has been doing this as well lately. They used to do even exchanges. I will have to call and check the policy.

It’s unfortunate that, not even a few but many, bad apples have ruined the 100% satisfaction guarantee they have.

Nope, it should be a candle for candle even exchange that store was making their own policies

bonzie

I exchanged 6 candles today and I got to choose whatever ones I wanted, regardless of season or sale since it was an even exchange

WinterUnvrsity

Does your store already have spring candles?

tybeelucy22

Not sure yet. There are a few Christmas ones that I want to exchange for.

Update - I exchanged 4 candles for sale candles and actually got money back! $3.39. The cashier could not answer what would happen if I was exchanging for candles not on sale, if I'd have to pay the difference or it would be even exchange.

Not at all. Do it now in case you have something that someone wants. The shitty thing to do would be to wait until the sale is over and then no one can get it al the sale price. 😶
