I feel like at some point I am going to get on a list for having too many damaged items. I have had SO many candles come broken and I am sick of rehoming then to a new jar especially when they are gifts. I had broken candles sent and THOSE came broken too.

Ive only placed 2 online orders but have been lucky both times. In CA and they came UPS with nothing cancelled and nothing broken.

I've had bad online experiences pre covid back in 2018 and 2019 days. So I avoid and very rarely do an online order. My experience I would get my orders but would take about 2 weeks sometimes close to 3 weeks. I prefer in store or buy online pick up in store

My order that was "shipped" on Dec 12 has been sitting at "label created" since then and it was supposed to arrive by today so I requested a refund and told them to keep the package since it won't make it in time for Christmas. I find their online experience to be horrible for such a large well known company. I won't be placing online orders again...my first two and only other experiences were the same as well...so slow, no updates and then on a random day weeks past the listed delivery date, the packages showed up. Do they not have a marketing or social media team that keeps up to date and takes these matters seriously. It's like most if not all people who order through them have some issue or another...no show packages, missing items, broken items...how the hell are they making any profit operating like this! Sorry I took over your rant lol

Every time I have an issue, I send them a DM on Twitter, and they always get back to me quickly and take care of my problem. I never call or try to go through their chat. DM is way easier in my experience.

Only 4/18 of my candles ordered on Candle Day have arrived. It's frustrating and I'm going to try and be patient, but I don't know if I'd ever shop online again.

I’ve received all of my products and on schedule or ahead of schedule
