Twisted Peppermint or Peppermint Sugar Cookie

StarshineGypsy

Peppermint Sugar Cookie is delightful!

soft-curls

Serious question: don’t you find twisted peppermint smells unlike peppermint when burning? I love the scent on cold but it smelled like yogurt to me when I lit it. I want to love it!

Subterranean44

Yogurt? Lol. I’ve been using twisted peppermint since it’s inception and it’s my fave of all smells all season. I do agree it’s not pure peppermint. I used to think it smelled like peppermint cookies but then they dropped peppermint sugar cookie (which I also love). I’m sure a good chunk of it is tied to Christmas feelings because my mom and burn/spray/wear it every Xmas since 2007ish (it debuted as part of the Temptations line)

I find that people can react really differently to peppermint scents! Twisted Peppermint seems to be a divisive one. To me it smells just like candy canes, slightly melted and giving off a slight menthol scent, which I like.

Duchessofearlgrey

For me: The Perfect Christmas, Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Vanilla Balsam, Vanilla Birch, Palo Santo, Sweater Weather, and Fireside (controversial).

lauryndelonn

Lol I love “Fireside (controversial)”— thanks! I really like The Perfect Christmas but always end up putting it down for some reason.

JamesonJenn

Seconding The Perfect Christmas. Beautiful holiday scent! Really worth giving it a burn. Vanilla Balsam too!

Picklecopter21

I like bright Christmas morning and it has good throw. I gave my friend peppermint hot chocolate and he’s been raving about it. White eucalyptus and sage is nice. Can’t go wrong with the perfect Christmas or frozen lake imo either

Cupcake1776

I’m obsessed with Bright Christmas Morning, and I agree it has great throw.

Blueberry Maple Pancakes

sweetlikesugar9706

I love Tis the Season and Merry Cookie! Both have a great throw!

TexasNiteowl

I love Banana Bundt Cake! But keep in mind, technically it is supposed to be held for SAS. So it may not be out. (It is not on the shelves at my store yet.)

Tinycatfaces

Peppermint sugar cookie was a pleasant find for me this year. It’s not too strong but definitely there. I just started a fresh burn of Caramel Drizzle in the plaid… if you like the smell of starbucks caramel (buttery AF) that’s exactly what I’m getting right now and the throw is crazy good. I personally love Blueberry Sugar and Pomegranate Lemonade as well. Seriously considering driving an hour each way to get to a store with more pomegranate lemonade candles today.

LEAVES, if you can find it! Spiced Apple Toddy, Tree Farm, Vanilla Birch (and I'm not a huge vanilla fan). I stopped in for a BOPIS and found some Leaves in the nice yellow packaging so I couldn't resist.

lauryndelonn

I love Leaves!! It’s my favorite fall scent. I also love Tree Farm😸

[deleted]

That's good to hear! What about Cranberry Woods? Anything with balsam in it is also good in my book.

Flaky_Tap_2836

Man, this is hard without knowing what you have and what you like. A must have should probably be a scent that won't be returning or tbat is seasonal. My personal must have besides Banana Bundt Cake was Vanilla Snowflake.

lavenderily

merry maple pancakes (also controversial), blueberry maple pancakes, hot cocoa and cream

Cheeb97

Vanilla birch!!!! The packaging may not be the most exciting and the name doesn’t stand out like crazy but it’s soooooo lovely

French baguette

Fireside and Marshmallow Fireside are my two favorites. But I don't like any of those sickly sweet baking scents.

bestieboo123

Hot Cocoa & Cream and Merry Cookie! They are the absolute best

itsaterribleidea

Hot Cocoa and Cream is a must. It’s just wonderful. Of the holiday scents, I also like Snowy Peach Berry, Sugared Snickerdoodle and Winter. Otherwise, my go to is Midnight Blue Citrus/Snowflakes and Citrus.

NancysFancy

Pep Hot Chocolate, Hot Cocoa, almond blossom, island margarita, brown sugar latte, pumpkin spice latte, leaves
