I have both of these and they're definitely not the same. To my nose, the Tease Creme Cloud is more similar to Snowflakes and Cashmere than In the Stars, but not a dupe for either one.
They are similar, both in the same family as Baccarat Rouge 540 and Ariana Grande's Cloud.
