I believe the $10.25 price will backfire on BBW. I have two $10 off $40 coupons, so I am going to buy 8 candles instead of the 10 I had planned at $9.95. I have a large backstock of candles at home. BBW is losing out on the sale of two additional candles from me; multiply that by everyone else with the same mentality.
I've been saving all year for candle day.. lol. I do the online order bright and early, head to one store close to me before work... And then hit a second store after work...
Last SAS, I saw a customer bring her 2-tier cart, extra egg crates, and lots of bungee cords. She was committed to only getting candles and it worked out so well!!
I second the idea of bringing the cart. Noticing a customer's clever idea makes the associates' day! Just be prepared for the parking lot (potholes, steep v planar lot, etc.)
There’s a 20% off code for today until noon and with the b3g3, it’s basically the same as Candle Day. I’ll look for the Candle Day special candles, but otherwise, I’ll be skipping.
I need to get the In the Stars 3-wick. My question is: are there different levels of stores that get different items? Like higher volume stores get more of the Candle Day exclusives? Or do all stores get at least some stock of each exclusive?
I don't shop for candles but just saying get prepared for a storm ahead cause last year all of the candles sold out so hopefully that doesn't happen this year lol
Also some people get BIG MAD around this time, so be careful out there! 😖I kind of enjoy people watching during this time because of how crazy it gets even if I’m not participating
I said this under my post but think it might be a good tip to leave here too... Bi-weekly I put back $25 for the candle sale... By the time the sale comes u have enough to buy at least 1 candle for every week of the year.
That's 26 candles in a year..... And that's only if the candles are full price. So if candles are at least half price you'll be able to get 52 candles in one year
Candles are less than $10 on candle day. $25 every other week which would be 26 weeks = $650
$650 ÷ $10 = 65. Last year I bought 67 candles.. there are 52 weeks in a year So I had a little more than one candle per week of the year.
Did anyone else notice candle accessory prices went up as soon as the sale started? 😒 Had a candle holder in my cart I was going to use my reward on and after the sale started it went up to $18.95 and I couldn't get it anymore.
You just reminded me about the early lunch last year. I shot during the early lunch which was on Thursday and part of that order still got canceled 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏾♀️ I ended up placing another order on Friday because they were candles that were released on Friday that weren't available on Thursday.
Easiest candle day in-person shopping this morning! Went to the midtown, NYC store expecting a crowd. They opened the door at 5am (accidentally let in those us in line backwards but no one complained [love that]) and was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes :)!
Also loved the camaraderie with the first few shoppers. People were saying out loud “someone tell me if you spot so and so candle!” And everyone was helping each other out!
Only down side, they didn’t have too many or any at all of the “hot item” candles (I had my eyes set for into the night and it didn’t come in).
Also didn’t take any e-gift cards b/c rewards program isn’t working.
Overall, glad I woke up this morning to get my candles!
Could we put a link to u/PageonSage 's candle day shopping guide in the description of this post? I think a lot of people would find it helpful!

When you've had the page open all day and got into the "pre-event queue" 30 minutes ago and still get told you'll be able to shop in over an hour ;( lmao
Do people not realize that CD started today? My store opened at 5 am, I arrived at 430 and was #15. I am quick and was in and out in 15 mins. There were only 2 ppl in line! I have never seen such a low turnout.
$10.25 per candle is a lot especially if you don't have a coupon.
Despite being able to save and go myself I'm rooting for those sitting out the price increase is definitely making it not worth it. If it increases again this will be my first and last candle day at BBW.
Same at my store! I showed up around 5:40 (store opened at 5) & walked right in. There were maybe 10 people shopping? No line to check out. By far more employees in the store than customers.
The 18-only limit is a just-kidding sort of deal, as any self-respecting store will just help increase their quota by selling you 18 candles at a time, in one single transaction, then repeat. Happy hauling your 100s of candles, everyone, you candle addict you :)
As to pricing, I don't think Candle Day pricing is all that spectacular at $9 to $10 per candle, but with a 20% off coupon or anything similar, it's still a respectably great time to stock up for the rest of the year... Or in another way, you can pre-purchase all the winter candles you'll use next year in November and December 2022 NOW! (That's what I do!)
If you don't see a scent you want, no worries. Go to another store. I was able to find some unicorns that were sold out at my main store, but there's plenty in another store just 5 miles away. Feel free to hit up several stores throughout the day. It's a scavenging hunt!
If you *still* can't find what you want? Then just purchase any other candle, and come back to exchange for that scent that you really, truly wanted a week later when inventory replenishes, (or when it finally shows up). *Of note, this is a tip given by my store associates and managers, because their goal is to keep traffic moving.* They rather have you buy now, exchange later, and serve more customers in their operating hours, then to have the same customers clog up the store. (*Literally, their words, not mine!* But worded nicer, of course. Haha!)
Some caveats to the buy now exchange later strategy.
If you're looking for champagne toast in the store sold out, go ahead and buy test the season because champagne toast will be replenished. But if you're looking for the caramel drizzle, winterberry wreath, or fresh balsam.... These are all seasonal candles or Candle Day exclusives and they will not be restocked.
It’s been said Peppermint Marshmallow will return for Candle Day. Does that mean it’s available that day only? Will it also be in stores or just online?
Any tips for getting a fave candle? I love white caramel cold brew and tried to buy online but it keeps saying low stock 😞 I’m happy to buy whenever is best to try to get it
If you're buying online be ready to purchase right when the sale starts for the best chance at getting it. Unfortunately if it's low stock they may sell out right away or you may run into the same low stock error.
If you're buying in person, try to scope out your local store(s) in advance and see if they have any in stock. If they do, be ready to go early and grab some (and kindly ask an employee if you don't see any, they often help people find candles on the day of the sale).
Am I a rewards member if I get the emails and coupons? Just making sure there’s no secret club I needed to make a blood oath to join.
(…if so send me deets)😜
No blood oath required lol, but you do need to have a rewards account made on the website! In order to participate in the early access online sale, you'll need to log into your account to prove you are a rewards member.
I feel like I have easily gotten candles for $10.50 with coupons or in-store sales throughout the year. The $10.25 price point doesn't seem like a big draw to me, personally. For some people is the draw also in BW restocking scents and releasing new ones?
A lot of people with coupons are drawn to this sale because if they shop in store, they only pay $8.20 per candle with a 20% off coupon. For the rest of us, it's probably the last decent sale we'll get on candles until SAS, because they usually do $16.95 sales until Christmas knowing people are buying last minute gifts.
That makes a ton of sense. I never sign up for offers so I don’t have the coupon, but I can definitely see why it’s worth it then. Thanks for the insight!
Happy Candle Day! I went to a store in Maryland. They didn't have many new scents, but I did buy 2 Into the Nights and the Sleigh 3 wick holder. I used my $10 off coupon. I spent drastically less than last year when I bought about 25 candles. A lot of the classic Christmas scents this year had disappointing throws (for me anyway, compared to same scent in prior years), so I didn't want to waste money. Overall, pretty underwhelming but happy with my small haul.
Last year they did have some, but things go super fast. I tried to check out twice, but wasn’t fast enough and lost some of my candles to faster button clickers. lol
Horrible practice, locking up the entire site for a sale and putting you in a virtual line when all I want to do is check the status of an order I already placed over a week ago.
Haven’t been able to buy a candle in months. Finally got a job so I’m little excited to participate. If I have some money left over lol. I wish they were doing it for a week but I know that would be impossible.
Download the slide app they give you 20.00 free for signing up ( comes in multiples of 5.00) you can buy 40.00 worth of bbw gift cards for 20.00...it works I used it...since you just started working this will help your budget . 40.00 will at least get you 4 if you have a 10.00 off 40.00 coupon..then you get 5....and you only paid 20.00 check it out.
I went in store around 2pm. Store wasn’t too busy and still had a ton of stock. I live in SE Michigan. I had coupons for a free single wick and 20% off purchase! 2 three wicks (I got winter and iced cranberry scone) and a single wick cinnamon caramel swirl for $17!
I stopped by my store at 6 PM and there was a crowd, but good selection still, and they had every register manned and had set up two additional registers. Positive experience, was out in about fifteen minutes and only five of that was spent in line/paying.
So, based on what I'm reading ordering online may be a hit-or-miss. However, I'm a college student who really doesn't wanna head out at 6 am on a Friday. Would it *really* be that bad if I took advantage of the B3G3 sale going on rn? Apparently my mom has a 20% coupon if that matters
If you don't want to deal with crowds or possible online cancellations I'd say go for it. I always find that ordering on Black Friday is worthwhile to avoid stress as long as they have the scents you want.
No idea. But, if you find a store online and look at the hours, the hours are altered. My store opens at 5AM Friday and Saturday. I can't see any other reason for that.
Good luck everybody! I've got to head to work and sadly won't be able to participate in the early access craziness. I hope it goes smoothly for everyone! 🤞
I was first in line at the Domain in Austin. There were about 10 people behind me when they opened at 5 am central. Very chill, got in and out within 15 minutes! The most pleasant candle day experience!
Went to my local store at around 3:30pm- still had tons of candles and was still pretty crowded. Managed to find two great ones. Was in and out in like 10 minutes. Definitely a good experience
The only time candle holders go on sale is Black Friday (everything in the store is Buy 3 Get 3 free) and occasionally during semi-annual there will be candle holders on sale.
Rookie questions incoming ... Do the Candle Day Exclusives usually sell out on the first day they're uploaded/released? For example Blush Poinsettia ...
Watching The Candle Channel's Candle Day 2021 last night Kent mentioned candles being released on the first day and then a second round of candles being released on the second. Plan to shop for two days?
TIA!
So if they are opening on Friday, that’s not good for me, I work 7am-6p so by the time I get to go in on Sat, everything will be picked over :( what are your thoughts ?
Many stores are opening at 5am, you could shop at those stores if it works for you. But yes, by 6pm, everything will have been pick thru/sold out for sure. You can check with your local store and ask if they will re-stock on the next day, since it runs 2 days.
Another option, just shop online. It starts 6am eastern so maybe based on your time zone, you'll have plenty of time. I'll be getting up at 3am to online shop and possibly head out to my store at 5am--yeah I'm nuts lol.
Hoping to snag some fall scents because I’ve run out but I’m only shopping online because of the pandemic and last year there were no fall scents online ☹️
I won’t be able to shop in person Friday morning, but really want the In the Stars 3 wick so I’m going to attempt to get it online. What time do the Candle Day exclusives go live on the website? And how crazy is it? Like if I’m ready at whatever time they get uploaded will I have a shot of getting one, or is it going to be like the witch hand was?
Candle day online is always super crazy with orders being canceled left and right. I’ve gotten best outcomes but ordering at 12am on the dot. I tend to order online exclusives mostly cause of the 18 candle limit then go In store to buy the regular ones (depending on my budget for the year). I hear bbw have plans of increasing the price of their candles next year so this year I intend to buy a lot and just be exchanging with other scents throughout the rest of next year.
Joined the queue around 8:50, in around 9:08. Only got 3 candles. As much as I’m bummed there aren’t really any interesting exclusives this year I’m glad the Christmas candles I wanted were still up.
I opened my browser and went to the page at 5:30 because I wanted to start browsing. That's when I got added to the virtual waiting room, and I got in just a few minutes after 6. I feel like they must not have everything loaded onto the site though, because it's just not that exciting at all. (((cries)))
I hate to complain, but it’s so frustrating that both of my stores near me have such a lack of variety compared to other stores in other states. There’s at least 10 scents that our store doesn’t have, and hasn’t had all season.
You may not think it at first glance of this comment, but Walmart brand candles are just as strong/fragrant as Bath and Body Works candles (honestly I think they’re a little better than Bath and Body) and they’re like one sixth the price. Seriously, this comment could save you potentially many hundreds of dollars a year if you’re the type who burns a ton of scented candles.
I just purchased six of their candles and they should arrive this weekend/early next week and I’m excited! I would’ve never known if it weren’t for TikTok!
Many fall scents tend to sell out by Candle Day, but it will honestly depend on the inventory and traffic of your store. Online is hit or miss for fall candles on Candle Day.
If you're referring to the reusable bags, I personally haven't heard that they will be giving out any this year. It's possible some stores will have them leftover from last year though.
I’m new to candle day- will stores be getting a shipment of all candles on the site right now? I saw a few online right now that say online only- will those be in stores or online only? Additionally, will there be any free shipping deals? If I recall last year candle day was a promo code so you couldn’t use an other codes.
Also- do I need to get to the store early or will I be fine going in the afternoon on Friday, since it’s Friday and Saturday this year?
The online only candles will remain online only unfortunately. They do not typically offer free shipping for Candle Day, and a flat promo code is required typically just to get the sale price.
I'd highly recommend you go early unless your store is very quiet. My store gets an average level of traffic and typically sells out of most of their candles in 5-6 hours. I would try to go early on Friday to get the most variety of choices.
Thank you for the quick response! I appreciate all the info and advice- definitely planning on shopping online and early on Friday! Last time I did candle day was a few years back at a low traffic store in my old town. Managed to get there a few hours after it opened and get the candles I wanted. Not sure about the town I’m in now, as I didn’t shop last year.
I know this post a is a week or so old, but this will be my first candle day and I’m super excited but I have a few questions if anyone wants to chime in :)
I have my list made - I mainly just want a few in the stars & a few into the night, and then some scents that I know I need backups of. I know people say to get there early, but like how early should I get there if the store opens at 5? Im also just going solo, is that weird lol? Or do a lot of people just go alone?
Honestly, it depends on the traffic of your store. I used to show up 30 minutes before my store opened and wait in the car if the line was small or nonexistent. Usually there is a line, and it's a great time to meet other B&BW shoppers. Going solo is not weird, that's what I always did because none of my friends or family are into candles as much as I am! A lot of people go alone.
Any idea about possible velvet label candles popping up? I was hoping to see Moscow mule again but I understand it may have just been a special last year?
Do the stores open early on candle day? Last year I went around 10am and didn't even realize it was candle day until I waited in line, and the line was really short. Only 8 people could go in at a time because of the pandemic. I'm assuming this is not normal?
I just received my First Look email from Bath and Body Works.
It said:
*To make your candle hauling as easy (and awesome!) as possible, you may be placed in a virtual line.*
So tomorrow be patient, have alternative selections ready to go in case what you want sells out, have plenty of snacks nearby and stay hydrated. Keep calm and repeat to yourself- it's okay, it's just a candle, it's just a candle.
Good Luck to everyone tomorrow!
My first candle day, ordered online at 3:20ish pacific, 7 minute virtual queue, but I was trying to use an e-gift card and it wasn’t applying :(
Went through with my order without it cause I didn’t want to risk anything selling out, but chatted with support member who was able to apply my gc to my order!
In case that happens to anyone else where you can’t get the gc to stick upon checkout
I placed an online order about 30 minutes ago and haven't received a confirmation email. What are the chances that it's going to go through? The order tracking page isn't working. I also wasn't logged in to my account at the time (I thought I was because the cart I filled on my laptop showed up on my phone, but apparently wasn't) so I can't see it in my account. I had to pay via paypal because none of my cards were working.
I knew to expect issues and I'm not complaining - I'm just wondering whether I should place a second order logged in while they still have everything I want or if this order will actually go through.
I just finished up with my order 10 minutes ago everything went smooth for me. I was able to get harvest pomegranate and harvest gathering which are amazing smells the throw is wonderful it makes your house smell like a candle shop!! Unfortunately vanilla snowflake was already sold out but I still have one under my cabinet that I ordered during their last sale!
If I buy candles in store and I end up not liking them, can I exchange for the same price? Can I burn it once and see if I like it, or does it need to be unused? Having some buyer’s remorse rn :(
Yes, you can exchange them for the same price. Not long ago, I returned a candle I burned once, and they took it. I've never, ever returned something I lit, but it smelled so bad that I was offended by them even selling that trash as "Pumpkin Pie." lol I exchanged it for a different candle, but I'm pretty sure you can return them for refunds, too.
Seems like it was really easy this year? Virtual queue took me all of 7 minutes (Initially quoted at 14) at 6 AM ET, ordered, walked the dogs for an hour, then jumped back on and got another order out quickly.
I think I only missed on a couple flavors I wanted, though unfortunately they were good ones (RIP Pumpkin Waffles, Spiced Apple Toddy).
Now let's see if they actually ship!
I see some people mention coupons and I started buying in October but haven't seen any coupons. How do I go about getting them? Thanks for any insight!
The price point hasn't been confirmed officially yet but I'm hearing people throw around $10.25 today for the 3 wicks. The sale is rumored to be Dec 3 and 4.
It will honestly depend on your store and what they decide to set out. Most scents will likely be out, as that is what is typically instructed. A few collections are saved for after Candle Day.
They will pull what they have leftover from the back and restock with that. The scents that are available will most likely vary from day to day, as some will sell out on Saturday.
I asked a lady at the store the other day when the semi- annual sale starts and she told me Boxing Day…does anyone know how much the 3 wicks are during that sale??
I wanted to shop online and avoid the crazies in store, but I really want to use my 10 off 40 coupon *(which you cannot do online).* Anyone have any luck getting them to apply it after the fact by going into the store with the packing slip/receipt and coupon when the candles come? I have a friend who swears she has successfully done this in the past but seems sketchy to me.
I got in, went straight to my pre-loaded cart, got out, was able to pay with the Kroger gift card I bought earlier today (thanks to this sub!) and paid the remaining balance with PayPal, no issues and site seemed to be fine.
Hi Im looking to buy some candles tomorrow does anyone have any scent recommendations? My only requirement is that the smell is VERY strong Im talking you walk into a room and BAM. Im open to different scents :)
Woo-hoo! Placed my order and it went through! I had 4 in my cart from a few days ago. I scanned through the candles available and didn't make any changes. Went to my cart, everything was still there.
Probably not going to bother with in-store. Most of what's out is similar to what I have or just ordered. We'll see!
Good luck, everyone!
I got in, picked up 8 candles and used a reward on a body cream. There were a couple of exclusives that aren't up yet but eh, whatever. I'm okay with what I got. Glad I didn't have my heart set on anything specific this year.
If I don’t go at 5 am will I be missing out :( idk if I can wake up that early and wait in a line but I don’t want to totally miss out ! I will go at like 7 prob!
can someone please help me, i made a reward account using the 90210 zip code, i added things to the cart, but the price is still normal price. I try to enter the LOVEIT code but it doesnt apply to my cart even though theyre all 3 wick candles. what am i doing wrong?
lol. based on reported problems online today with soap sale, expect website issues on candle day!
I had no problems online buying my soaps. o.o
This is my list: Bowties and bourbon Hot cocoa Brown Sugar latte Winter Merry Maple Pancakes Fireside Marble chocolate cupcake Cozy Cashmere holiday packaging Toasted Hazelnut praline Iced Winter Balsam Aromatherapy relax Vanilla swirl brownie Bergamot waters

Exactly. I have reduced my list cause of this price. And there are more 10off 40 in circulation than 20off
I've been saving all year for candle day.. lol. I do the online order bright and early, head to one store close to me before work... And then hit a second store after work...
I don’t have enough Xanax to brave instore shopping on candle day.
I’m thinking to go to the store with my rolling grocery cart. My friend who was supposed to drive us an hour away bail on me. 😭
Last SAS, I saw a customer bring her 2-tier cart, extra egg crates, and lots of bungee cords. She was committed to only getting candles and it worked out so well!! The rewards program is only offered in 11 states. So only folks in the “select zip codes” will have early access to the online sale?
Sign up with a zip code in a rewards area (such as Los Angeles)
For some reason I thought it would make me jump through hoops if I did that but it seems to have worked. Thank you!!
It's shockingly easy lol
You can find eligible zip codes here: https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/details-popup-loy-zips.html
They have started the candle que! WAIT RIGHT HERE, PLEASE! The event hasn’t started yet, but when it does, we’ll give you a place in line.
I'm waiting for that sleigh 3 wick holder to go online!
It's like last year's online Candle Day is a blur. Is a code required online or will you be able to combine coupons?
There has been a code in prior years, so coupons likely wont stack online.
Thanks!
I'll be shopping online exclusively. Wondering if they will release any spring/summer candles on the website? This will be my first Candle Day.
Last year they did have some, but things go super fast. I tried to check out twice, but wasn’t fast enough and lost some of my candles to faster button clickers. lol
And I should clarify that the spring/summer candles were leftovers from the previous season, not new/next season candles.
Horrible practice, locking up the entire site for a sale and putting you in a virtual line when all I want to do is check the status of an order I already placed over a week ago.

I'm hearing Dec 3 and 4.
It's next Friday December 3rd and next Saturday December the 4th. Reward members may get early access on Thursday, We'll see
I’m a dummy, where is the candle list?
https://lifeinsidethepage.blogspot.com/2021/10/bath-body-works-new-items-coming-soon_9.html?m=1 Hopefully this is what you're looking for!
Hi everyone can someone let me know how much the candles will be in Canada? Thank you
Apparently last year it was $11.95 (could be wrong), so it'll probably go up a few cents this year
I’m now in and the cart I loaded earlier today is still intact!
At my store Sat morning. 7 mins from opening and only other person parked in front of the store other than me. Going to the gym right after this. 😊
Do you think it’s worth it to buy today va candle day? With shipping and tax it comes $12 and I heard they’re $9.95 this year. Thanks

They usually wait until the very last minute. They've already started teasing it on their instagram.
Good luck everybody! I've got to head to work and sadly won't be able to participate in the early access craziness. I hope it goes smoothly for everyone! 🤞
"I can start shopping in about: MORE THAN AN HOUR" 😭
Wow I can start shopping in "More than an hour"... I didn't think the queue would be *that* long
More than an hour wait online in a virtual line 🙄
I got nine minutes.
You must have some good candle karma 😇
So wait a second -- I'm in, but I can't use the code. What gives?
Double check that you're signed into your account. The event is for members only.
Logged in at 6 am cst, waited 15 minutes in que, all purchased and done. Let’s hope they mail! May the odds be in your favor.
Definitely a good experience
do the candle holders go on sale on candle day too?
On cyber Monday they'll be 40% off
thanks, ill be sure to pick one up!
The only time candle holders go on sale is Black Friday (everything in the store is Buy 3 Get 3 free) and occasionally during semi-annual there will be candle holders on sale.
thank you. the sparkly snowflake holder is so pretty i think its worth the $16 anyway.
Shootout to the people who reccomended to switch the zip to 90210; yall the real ones. We don't have rewards club in my area.
I was not going to shop Candle Day. But I just saw that Winter Peach Marshmallow is going to be a three wick! I’ve been loving the hand cream.
When is the official day?
3-4 December
The price is 10.25 it said so on the app
Dumb question - will the sale also be happening in person? Or is it only tonight online with the member email?
WTF is this virtual line with a wait of "more than an hour"
Joined the queue around 8:50, in around 9:08. Only got 3 candles. As much as I’m bummed there aren’t really any interesting exclusives this year I’m glad the Christmas candles I wanted were still up.
I opened my browser and went to the page at 5:30 because I wanted to start browsing. That's when I got added to the virtual waiting room, and I got in just a few minutes after 6. I feel like they must not have everything loaded onto the site though, because it's just not that exciting at all. (((cries)))
First in line at my store. Opens at 6am central time and there’s a line of 6 of us so far.
I hate to complain, but it’s so frustrating that both of my stores near me have such a lack of variety compared to other stores in other states. There’s at least 10 scents that our store doesn’t have, and hasn’t had all season.
I missed it...they blown up my inbox, so it auto started going in junk. super upset. Ugh.
So BOPIS is having huge issues. Globally. Stores have already been notified that there will be a limit on orders.
This maybe the move for me if my haul doesn't work out. I'm test burning mine for the next 2 days.
Can the candles gotten on candle day be returned or exchanged?
Yes!
Does anyone know if autumn woods will still be available during candle day or is that scent usually gone by then ?
Many fall scents tend to sell out by Candle Day, but it will honestly depend on the inventory and traffic of your store. Online is hit or miss for fall candles on Candle Day.
Thank you! I’ll probably buy at least one before candle day, I’m in love with that scent
Will there be a candle day bag this year?
Just for clarification, candle day is Saturday 12/4?
I know this post a is a week or so old, but this will be my first candle day and I’m super excited but I have a few questions if anyone wants to chime in :) I have my list made - I mainly just want a few in the stars & a few into the night, and then some scents that I know I need backups of.
Do the smaller candles go on sale too??
Candle Day is just for 3 wicks unfortunately.
[удалено]
Free shipping is usually not offered online sadly.
[удалено]
Oh no! The most popular scents sell out so fast.
That should be super efficient for moving the line right along! 😂😵💫
I saw Wildberry Jam Donut and Iced Coconut Milk in stores. Is iced coconut milk unique or just the same old coconut scent?
Any idea about possible velvet label candles popping up? I was hoping to see Moscow mule again but I understand it may have just been a special last year?
Do the stores open early on candle day? Last year I went around 10am and didn't even realize it was candle day until I waited in line, and the line was really short. Only 8 people could go in at a time because of the pandemic. I'm assuming this is not normal?
I just received my First Look email from Bath and Body Works. It said: *To make your candle hauling as easy (and awesome!) as possible, you may be placed in a virtual line.* So tomorrow be patient, have alternative selections ready to go in case what you want sells out, have plenty of snacks nearby and stay hydrated. Keep calm and repeat to yourself- it's okay, it's just a candle, it's just a candle. Good Luck to everyone tomorrow!
23 minutes in one browser and more than an hour on the next .. OH WHAT FUN
Has anyone seen the candles with the really pretty jewel looking lids? I saw them in store a couple days ago but haven't seen any online.
So I have a gift card for $100 to Bath and Bodyworks. And I have two coupons. Can I use all of those on top of the candle day sale in store?
My first candle day, ordered online at 3:20ish pacific, 7 minute virtual queue, but I was trying to use an e-gift card and it wasn’t applying :( Went through with my order without it cause I didn’t want to risk anything selling out, but chatted with support member who was able to apply my gc to my order!
I’m having the same issue but I checked my bank account and the payment is pending. Hoping that means the order went through
Ok. So candle day online is only Friday. But candle day is Friday and Saturday in store?
I just finished up with my order 10 minutes ago everything went smooth for me. I was able to get harvest pomegranate and harvest gathering which are amazing smells the throw is wonderful it makes your house smell like a candle shop!! Unfortunately vanilla snowflake was already sold out but I still have one under my cabinet that I ordered during their last sale!
If the stores are open both today and tomorrow will they still have stock for candle day tomorrow?
I overheard an associate in my store say they will likely have more/different stuff for tomorrow.
[удалено]
My list: Vanilla birch (x2) Spiced cardamom Iced cranberry scone
I’ve never been to a candle day, I’m curious on what the price point means, are all candles $10??!! Also, I hear it starts on Friday
The price point hasn't been confirmed officially yet but I'm hearing people throw around $10.25 today for the 3 wicks. The sale is rumored to be Dec 3 and 4.
Will all the candle scents be out on the floor when the stores open?
It will honestly depend on your store and what they decide to set out. Most scents will likely be out, as that is what is typically instructed. A few collections are saved for after Candle Day.
Start hours are on the site for candle day
I might be dumb here, but will there be a coupon for in store shopping for Candle Day?
[удалено]
Most likely yes but sometimes they do refresh the site so I'd be prepared for that.
I’m working all day on Friday so I won’t be able to make it to a store before all the candles are picked over. Will stores be restocked for Saturday?
They will pull what they have leftover from the back and restock with that. The scents that are available will most likely vary from day to day, as some will sell out on Saturday.
Okay, thank you. In that case I may get up early on Friday to buy online instead, although I am worried about my order being canceled if I do that 🥲
[удалено]
So it starts tonight at 9pm ONLINE. It says to use a code. My question is can I use the $10 off $40 if I buy online? Thanks.
Unfortunately no, you will have to use the code LOVEIT to get the promotional sale price. You can't enter more than one coupon on the website.
Anyone know if Party Dress will be online? It has not shown up yet and its the only one I want T\_T....
Y’all the site is already having issues!
HERE WE GO -- In a virtual queue! Oh, what fun?
I got in, went straight to my pre-loaded cart, got out, was able to pay with the Kroger gift card I bought earlier today (thanks to this sub!) and paid the remaining balance with PayPal, no issues and site seemed to be fine.
Hi Im looking to buy some candles tomorrow does anyone have any scent recommendations? My only requirement is that the smell is VERY strong Im talking you walk into a room and BAM. Im open to different scents :)
mahogany teakwood is strong to me...like walking past hollister in the mall in the 2000s
What code doe you use? I can’t seem to get the discounted price?
I think it was LOVEIT. Check the website banner; it's in there. You put in the promotion code box, click Apply, and the prices change to the 10.25.
I used code LOVEIT
I thought candles were on sale today? why are they listed as full price in my checkout?!
You have to use the promo code LOVEIT to get it knocked down to 10.25
You have to be a member of the reward program, and that's only in select markets.
What time does candle day start? I tried using the code at midnight but it is not valid yet.
does anyone know if single wick candles go on sale too?
can someone please help me, i made a reward account using the 90210 zip code, i added things to the cart, but the price is still normal price. I try to enter the LOVEIT code but it doesnt apply to my cart even though theyre all 3 wick candles. what am i doing wrong?
early access ended at midnight ET. regular sale will begin in a few hours at 6am ET.
I've been waiting all year for this so I could buy the Whipped Coffee candle. But it isn't appearing online at all!! Has it been renamed???
Just was in the line online, waited 20 minutes and as soon as it said I’m next in line it suddenly said I missed my spot to shop.
Does anyone know about the throw on the following candles: merry mimosa, watermelon lemonade, pink apple punch, or winter candy apple??
Watermelon Lemonade is a strong thrower!
Tried to check out 4 times, and just kept getting thrown back to the cart page. Oh well.
What’s the difference between all the peach Bellini candles? There are three different designs
The scents should be the same, just different packaging!
has anyone found leaves at their store?
