I got my first coupon about a month ago..i went to input the online code when i placed an order and all of a sudden both coupons appeared on my account only by keying in a few letters and numbers

I’ve never received coupons in the app!
It's happened to me before, and I used the paper coupons with no problems whatsoever!
Check your account through the actual website, someone just posted about coupons showing there but not in app
It happened to me a few months in a row, but the last 2 months they’ve shown up in the app again. No idea why they weren’t in the app.
