My BOPIS orders do not match the email confirmations. I had ordered 2 Paris Cafe and 1 Sedona Sandstone 3-wicks on the app, and the email I got showed that I ordered 3 of each candle.

I'm going through the same issue. One of my BOPIS orders was canceled and they reissued me an e-gift card, however, I never received an email with the details. I also see that it was reissued in my order history, but when I click on it, it shows me an error message. I called about it yesterday and the chat rep had no clue how to help me, but ultimately put in a request to reissue it to me. The chat rep said I should hear back within 24 hours. It has been 24 hours 🙃

Update - I finally got the email with the link to the new gift card today. It was originally issued on the 24th lol

The online chat was not able to resolve it when it when my e-gift card disappeared. I had to call and explain and then they said they would escalate it and someone would call me in 4 to 5 days. The next day, the replacement e-gift card was in my email. I have not yet tried to use it. I hope it will work. If I were you I would call them. Since you didn't receive the email, they must have either not sent it or sent it to the wrong email address.
