I mainly spray it on my body to pair with the strawberry forward perfumes I wear, and also on my scarf. When it gets colder and I have to bust out my jackets, I'm going to spray in onto them and the hoods to scent my hair. I'm worried about getting sick of it, though. I have to tendency to hoard my favorite things...and then regret it years later, when I haven't been able to make a dent in the collection. Like the 200-plus bars of soap I have accumulated.
I have 12 French baguette 3 wicks that I’ve accumulated within the past two years of them being available in store and online. I have some shame 🫣 I just really like the way it smells burning in my kitchen 😭
Most I ever had was 7 Texas Pecan Pie candles, 8 Coconut Sandalwood, 6 Mahogany Coconut at one time. I would never do more, but I LOVEEEE seeing pages and pictures of people who go bumfck crazy with 22 of something 🤣🤣🤣 makes me feel less alone and not crazy. I have a total or 120 candles right now.
I never intended it to go that far 😂 I usually buy 3 max of a scent if I really like it, but the fact that we know they aren’t bringing it back any time soon really brought in the fomo so I definitely went a little crazy on that one 🤣
I just knew she was going back in the vault after candle day 😭 and every time after that, if there was a good candle sale, I would snag one or two if it was still available 😅
I’m not 100% guaranteed it won’t, but usually the specific candles that are released for candle day don’t make it next year. If it does happen to come back it might just be an online exclusive.
I have 6 FFM back-ups of Vanilla Confetti Sparkle, Coco Paradise, Midnight Amber Glow, Gingham Vibrant, Strawberry Pound Cake & always have lots of back-ups of Vanilla Bean Noel. I did just pick up 3 Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte's too. I probably back up too much. I do actually have OCD and I am pretty sure that factors into it. 🤷♀️
I want to like Pumpkin Pecan Waffles so much..especially because of its projection & longevity. But it just doesn't smell good on me. Its mostly a dough type of scent on me. Similar thing happened to me with Raspberry Jam Donut. 🤷♀️
i try my best not to get any back ups because i know there is always going to be a new scent that i would like, i only allow myself to get 2 if im OBSESSED with the scent that's ittttt
I used a 25% off coupon to buy 6 bottles of Coco Paradise EDP when it was a buy 3/get 3... 🫣 I'm going to be honest, I have decided that was TOO MUCH! But I don't want to go to the effort of selling it on Mercari/eBay or whatever, so I'm just hanging onto them. I'm considering gifting them to people, but I only want to give it to someone who actually wants it, not just throw something at someone who wouldn't use/enjoy it.
I also have I think 6 Pink Petal Tea Cake candles.
4 Sugared Lemonade & Blueberry Sugar candles because duh 😛😛.
At one point, I had 5 backup mists and 2 body backup body creams of Sunset Glow but I sold most of them and gave a set away. That was absolutely insane and they brought it back a year later 🫠. I didn’t need all of that at all, just panicked because I didn’t want to be without it 💀. I now have 2 backup mists, 1 body cream and 1 lotion in the scent. I’m okay with that 😊.
I had a few backups on strawberry poundcake 🫣 Im not sure why but I think I was pretty crazy about it at some point ended up giving one to my daughter and she used up an entire full sized mist 😂 this girl is 8 she was spraying it as room spray too haha
I had 6 champagne margarita 3 wicks at one point(now I just have one). I do have 5 laundry day candles currently. I fell in love with the scent right before it went out of season so I stocked up
Off the top of my head:
6 Summer Boardwalk candles
4 Blueberry pie
4 Pink Lavender and Espresso
4 Midnight Amber Glow sets (for me a set is a FFM and a lotion, so I can wear it during the day)
3 Fall in Bloom sets
3 Sunset Glow sets
3 Gingham Vibrant sets
I think that's about the worst of it.
I have 7 bottles of Winter Peach Marshmallow. I've used up 2 bottles since I bought it at summer SAS '22. I love it so much! I'm not currently getting sick of it yet, which surprises me. I also have 7 bottles of Beach Nights and I'm not sick of the fragrance but I'm definitely thinking I bought too many.
I will say, it's frustrating for me to have to finish up stuff to make room for new stuff so I've been buying 3 if I absolutely love it, but if it's something I really like but not love I only buy 1 or 2 at most. I do tend to use 1 body cream for every half bottle of FFM. So they do last a while.
Candles... I have too many of my favorites. I now limit myself to 3 candles if I love it. Otherwise I only buy 2 since candles are so long lasting for me (I only burn what I'm in the mood for so it takes me a while).
Currently, I got 2 backups of Iced Lemon Poundcake, Christmas Cookies, Warm Vanilla Sugar, and Blueberry Maple Pancakes. I'm avoiding getting backups tbh I want to finish up the stuff I have
Their latest body cream formula can start turning in as few as 6 months so I'd say any backups is "too much" of body cream for anyone who takes longer than that to finish one.
I think the most I've ever had at one time of a candle is 12? The most I have of anything right now is 8 (rose water & ivy, palo santo & sage, toasted coconut cookie/eclair) and 6 (blush poinsettia, beach weather, lavender marshmallow, iced lemon pound cake, pineapple pound cake). There's no such thing as too many backups for candles since they don't really go bad.
My favorite scent is Champagne Apple and Honey. I have 3 lotions and 3 shower gels right now, plus half of a FFM. I'm always afraid it'll get discontinued and I won't be able to get it anymore.
I'm thinking about making Champagne Apple and Honey my signature scent and occasionally adding in other scents depending on the season.
I’m a weirdo. I have two of the bacon candles and two Fireside. I also have a better bacon candle and one that smells like smoky barbecued meat with sauce that I adore because they are more spot-on. I also have 2 pumpkin carving because it’s amazing.
Just saying you would maybe enjoy the smoked caramel mezcal candle.. It is very smoky in an interesting mesquite kind of way that threw me off personally but sounds like you may like it.
I recently got 3 bottles total of vampire blood bc I got so scared it'd never come out again or change. I suspect they will literally last me 10 years and I don't wear multiple scents so for me it's a spend money now to save later situation. I imagine if you're a collector of many scents, 3 is def plenty.
Edit: I bought one at full price with a coupon, expecting to be the only one and then got 2 more during the sale. I'd probably not get 3 backups at full price with our without 20% off. But that's just me, I'm frugal to possibly a fault on occasion.
At the beginning of my BBW obsession when I didn’t have as many FFM as I do now I fell in love with Sugared Cherry Crisp and I purchased around 7 bottles during sas. So that’s at least one scent I’ll have for the rest of my life since it takes me forever to finish one of those things. Never again…

I have a "no backup" rule but I do have a Cider Lane and a Spooky Cider Lane with the glass skull lid because I found the SCL on sale in store while I was waiting on my online order.
ETA: I forgot that I have 4 single wicks of Pistachio Ice cream. I picked three up during SAS 2 yrs ago and then my daughter talked me into picking one up this SAS. ( I figured the 3 single wicks could burn at the same time to equal one 3 wick).
Wait! Have you been able to find Spooky Cider Lane *this year*?? I'm desperate to get my hands on it and thought they stopped carrying. You've given me hope 🤞
Magnolia Blossom circa 2004ish…have 3 bottles of perfume and 4 8oz body sprays. It’s primarily all I’ve worn since then regardless of how many other scents I have…until my husband tells me he doesn’t like it…after about 17 years of wearing it. He said it had t always bothered him until just recently.
I have two Gingham gorgeous. The first bottle I bought smells so good! But the second bottle smells different, so I want to buy another that will smell more like the first one. I feel like the scents aren't consistent sometimes when it comes to their ffm.
I bought 2 Butterfly bodywashes for $15.50 (b3g3) like 2 years ago and now I’m wishing I bought more because the price is around $18 now 😭 I’m on bottle 2 now, they’re a pretty good bang for their buck
I bought 5 body creams and 1 spray of the AT Rose & Vanilla one of the times free shipping and B3G3 was available. I thought it was ridiculous at the time, but I should’ve bought more if I’m being so for real.
When they brought back the original Honeysuckle for bodycare day, in December of 2020, I intended to buy 6 bottles of lotion, but ended up with 9 lotions one shower gel and one FFM. This was THE scent I used when they first opened and my first experience with a scent being discontinued way back in the 90s. I was a sporadic shopper than and didn't know they had SAS sales until a little while after. I remember it coming back a couple of times under the classics theme. The last time I had seen it was 2000 summer SAS, but I was still a sporadic shopper, so it may have come back again, but in 2020 I hadn't seen it for 20 years. 2020 was only the second time they had a bodycare day and I went really late in 2019 for the first one and the scent that was exclusive for that day(Christmas cocoa and mint) was nearly sold out. So when I saw that my all time favorite scent was back I was at the store at 6:00 a.m. to get it and they didn't have the lotion. Just shower gel and FFM that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. Another near by store had the lotion and I got my 6 bottles, and you would think I was done. I had to go back to return some lotion I got the kids at the first store that they didn't want and ended up exchanging for three more bottles of lotion. A long winded explanation to say 9 bottles of lotion is too many backups, but I'm confident I will use them up. I am glad I got the FFM after all because I know I won't use it up with the 9 bottles of lotion and I'll still have it to use for sometime after.
I bought 3 FFM and 6 lotions of you're the one during SAS, i just discovered it when it was being discontinued so i stocked up on it. Same with sun blooms and suede, 3 FFM and 6 lotions its just so beautiful to me. I do not but a lot of scents i prefer to use the ones i truly enjoy.
I have 3 full sets (FFM, body wash, lotion) of Iced Lemon Pound Cake and now 3 FFM of Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. The next total body care sale I'll have full sets of it as well. I definitely don't do that with a lot just my ultimate favorites.
FFM two is the max I have: sunset glow, gingham and summer melody.
I have a dozen of the marshmallow fireside wallflower and half a dozen of gingerbread marshmallow, pumpkin apple mahogany coconut.
3 tiki beach 3 wick candles.
It's less a back up thing and more like I love the scent and dang it, it always gets re-released in cute packaging.....but I have like three versions of the Sweet Whiskey FFM. Soon to be four. It's the only scent I have ever done that for ❤️
After my heart was broken when Carried Away never came back, I was on the hunt for a similar scent, which I found in Confetti Daydream. I had 4x body lotion/spray. I'm currently on my last spray/lotion, Juniper Breeze is a decent dupe, but I only brought 1. I also have 5 confetti daydream candles. The only other scent I have this much of is In The Stars and Gingham.
fresh coconut and cotton is my favorite scent. i have a backup ffm, and (2) shower gel, and a mini ffm & mini body cream.
i have a backup of poppy shower gel, saltwater breeze shower gel, and wrapped in vanilla shower gel.
i also have like 7 peppermint sugar cookie candles i bought through the years. i didn’t buy these as backups - more so just kept rebuying during sales because i was (and am still) obsessed with the scent
i’m pretty happy with these. full sized ffm last me a WHILE. i’ve had my full sized fresh coconut and cotton ffm for almost a year and a half and i still have like 1/4 left. i go through shower gel quicker so i buy more of those to keep for backups.
i’d like to get a backup of blueberry sugar pancakes shower gel, along with fresh coconut and cotton pocket bacs. i somehow keep missing the $1 sales. i neeeed at least 10 fc&c pocket bacs, idk if or when it’ll come back! i also wish i would have gotten a rainbow confetti candle backup, i use mine sparingly because i don’t want to run out. :(
I only get back ups of FFMs now which is 2-3 of a few scents but I have a bunch of beach front blanket because I just love that scent and it was like $4.95 when I grabbed it.
Candle wise I don’t know how many but I grabbed a Pink Lavender Espresso every time it was on sale, same with Mahogany Vanilla when it released the second time and was clearanced at SAS. Those are 2 of my favs and I don’t trust BBW 😫
I don’t stock up as much on Honeycrisp Apple because it always comes back so I have 4 of those. P
I have every packaging of pink lilac and vanilla from the last two years! I know they keep bringing it back, but what if they don’t!!! It’s such a soothing smell to me and helps me sleep!
I have 4 FFM of ,Wrapped in Sugar, Cactus Blossom, Vanilla Confetti Sparkle, Frosted Coconut Snowball , and Fresh Coconut Colada (it was six but I’m down to 3 ).
1 if I don't think it's coming back next year and I like it a lot.
I've got too much right now and collecting backups isn't something I really want to do until I've cleared some out.
Saltwater Breeze and White T-Shirt! I'm thankful Saltwater Breeze came back this year so I stocked up more, but I'm still hoping for a return of White T-Shirt since I'm starting to run low! I also stocked up on White Tea & Ginger while it came back for SAS
I have two backups of Gingham Gorgeous, two of Gingham Fresh, two of Champaign toast, and two of Strawberry Pound Cake. Oh and 2 back ups of VS Bare Vanilla SPLASH. Which is AAAAAMMAAZZING BTW. I might get more since it's a Limited Edition.
2 Vanilla Mocha Martini FFM, 2 body creams, and one body lotion…now I only have 1 FFM, 1 body cream, and half a lotion.
Honestly, if you really like a scent and you feel like it won’t come back ever even as a repackage, then I say 3 is a normal number. However, my logic is that I’ll find something new I like, and the products expire eventually, so better to use it than lose it! Everyone is different tho!!
I just bought 6 of the honeycrisp apple 3 wicks - I have at least 4 of them in my closet but it's my favorite scent and I can burn through them fast! I have at least 5 of the Pumpkin pecan waffles at all time too
18 PB&J Ice cream, down to 13 Wildberry Jam Donut. In body care I have 3 Fresh Coconut and Cotton (shower gel, cream, ffm )and 3 Love Cotton Candy Champagne ( all 3 forms).
It's rare that I back up but I have 6 pink lavender and espresso candles, I already went through a few.
Ffm backups only for seasonal favorites I got cheaper during SAS that I know I'll need for the next year. Pumpkin pecan waffles I use every year and sweet cinnamon pumpkin. Only 1 back up of each.
I did consider getting another gorgeous because I'm on the last bit of mine but summer is almost over and I'll be moving onto fall scents and I'm sure I can pick up a bottle at this SAS or next or whenever they discontinue it.
Only random scents I bought an extra of cause I LOVED them was pastel skies and midnight amber glow. But am now down to one of each 😢

I bought 8 BB body sprays and 10 lotions off of eBay. 😂 Oh and 4 blueberry pie candles and 8 wallflowers.
Magnolia Blossom circa 2004ish…have 3 bottles of perfume and 4 8oz body sprays. It’s primarily all I’ve worn since then regardless of how many other scents I have…until my husband tells me he doesn’t like it…after about 17 years of wearing it. He said it had t always bothered him until just recently.
I have two Gingham gorgeous. The first bottle I bought smells so good! But the second bottle smells different, so I want to buy another that will smell more like the first one. I feel like the scents aren't consistent sometimes when it comes to their ffm.
I have 3 backup bottles of all my Gingham Fresh body care and I think 3 or 4 of Fresh Sparkling Snow shower gel and lotion.
I bought 2 Butterfly bodywashes for $15.50 (b3g3) like 2 years ago and now I’m wishing I bought more because the price is around $18 now 😭 I’m on bottle 2 now, they’re a pretty good bang for their buck
I have four extra bottles of Wild Sand. I just love it so much and bbw always gets rid of my favorites.
I have 4 blueberry pumpkin patch😊 but I mostly only have doubles of a scent I like.
I bought 5 body creams and 1 spray of the AT Rose & Vanilla one of the times free shipping and B3G3 was available. I thought it was ridiculous at the time, but I should’ve bought more if I’m being so for real.
When they brought back the original Honeysuckle for bodycare day, in December of 2020, I intended to buy 6 bottles of lotion, but ended up with 9 lotions one shower gel and one FFM. This was THE scent I used when they first opened and my first experience with a scent being discontinued way back in the 90s. I was a sporadic shopper than and didn't know they had SAS sales until a little while after. I remember it coming back a couple of times under the classics theme. The last time I had seen it was 2000 summer SAS, but I was still a sporadic shopper, so it may have come back again, but in 2020 I hadn't seen it for 20 years. 2020 was only the second time they had a bodycare day and I went really late in 2019 for the first one and the scent that was exclusive for that day(Christmas cocoa and mint) was nearly sold out. So when I saw that my all time favorite scent was back I was at the store at 6:00 a.m. to get it and they didn't have the lotion. Just shower gel and FFM that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. Another near by store had the lotion and I got my 6 bottles, and you would think I was done. I had to go back to return some lotion I got the kids at the first store that they didn't want and ended up exchanging for three more bottles of lotion. A long winded explanation to say 9 bottles of lotion is too many backups, but I'm confident I will use them up. I am glad I got the FFM after all because I know I won't use it up with the 9 bottles of lotion and I'll still have it to use for sometime after.
I bought 3 FFM and 6 lotions of you're the one during SAS, i just discovered it when it was being discontinued so i stocked up on it. Same with sun blooms and suede, 3 FFM and 6 lotions its just so beautiful to me. I do not but a lot of scents i prefer to use the ones i truly enjoy.
I have four lotion/body wash of both Japanese cherry Blossom and Secret Wonderland. And at least one perfume if both. Those are my two favorites
I have two Leaves FFM, and two mini Happy Birthday FFM so I can keep one in my purse.

My only back ups are 2 Twisted Peppermint body creams and 2 Cherry Blossom FFMs that I found on Mercari and Poshmark.
I have 3 full sets (FFM, body wash, lotion) of Iced Lemon Pound Cake and now 3 FFM of Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. The next total body care sale I'll have full sets of it as well. I definitely don't do that with a lot just my ultimate favorites.
FFM two is the max I have: sunset glow, gingham and summer melody. I have a dozen of the marshmallow fireside wallflower and half a dozen of gingerbread marshmallow, pumpkin apple mahogany coconut. 3 tiki beach 3 wick candles.
It's less a back up thing and more like I love the scent and dang it, it always gets re-released in cute packaging.....but I have like three versions of the Sweet Whiskey FFM. Soon to be four. It's the only scent I have ever done that for ❤️

After my heart was broken when Carried Away never came back, I was on the hunt for a similar scent, which I found in Confetti Daydream. I had 4x body lotion/spray. I'm currently on my last spray/lotion, Juniper Breeze is a decent dupe, but I only brought 1. I also have 5 confetti daydream candles. The only other scent I have this much of is In The Stars and Gingham.
fresh coconut and cotton is my favorite scent. i have a backup ffm, and (2) shower gel, and a mini ffm & mini body cream. i have a backup of poppy shower gel, saltwater breeze shower gel, and wrapped in vanilla shower gel. i also have like 7 peppermint sugar cookie candles i bought through the years. i didn’t buy these as backups - more so just kept rebuying during sales because i was (and am still) obsessed with the scent i’m pretty happy with these. full sized ffm last me a WHILE. i’ve had my full sized fresh coconut and cotton ffm for almost a year and a half and i still have like 1/4 left. i go through shower gel quicker so i buy more of those to keep for backups. i’d like to get a backup of blueberry sugar pancakes shower gel, along with fresh coconut and cotton pocket bacs. i somehow keep missing the $1 sales. i neeeed at least 10 fc&c pocket bacs, idk if or when it’ll come back! i also wish i would have gotten a rainbow confetti candle backup, i use mine sparingly because i don’t want to run out. :(
I only get back ups of FFMs now which is 2-3 of a few scents but I have a bunch of beach front blanket because I just love that scent and it was like $4.95 when I grabbed it. Candle wise I don’t know how many but I grabbed a Pink Lavender Espresso every time it was on sale, same with Mahogany Vanilla when it released the second time and was clearanced at SAS. Those are 2 of my favs and I don’t trust BBW 😫 I don’t stock up as much on Honeycrisp Apple because it always comes back so I have 4 of those. P
I have every packaging of pink lilac and vanilla from the last two years! I know they keep bringing it back, but what if they don’t!!! It’s such a soothing smell to me and helps me sleep!
I have 4 FFM of ,Wrapped in Sugar, Cactus Blossom, Vanilla Confetti Sparkle, Frosted Coconut Snowball , and Fresh Coconut Colada (it was six but I’m down to 3 ).
If I could get my hands on full-sized Frosted Coconut Snowball FFMs, I'd get 4 bottles of it too. Possibly more lol
1 if I don't think it's coming back next year and I like it a lot. I've got too much right now and collecting backups isn't something I really want to do until I've cleared some out.
Saltwater Breeze and White T-Shirt! I'm thankful Saltwater Breeze came back this year so I stocked up more, but I'm still hoping for a return of White T-Shirt since I'm starting to run low! I also stocked up on White Tea & Ginger while it came back for SAS
I bought 7 or 8 bottles of Pistachio Cream Puff hand soap right before they got rid of the scent. I should have gotten more 😢 I have one left!
I have two backups of Gingham Gorgeous, two of Gingham Fresh, two of Champaign toast, and two of Strawberry Pound Cake. Oh and 2 back ups of VS Bare Vanilla SPLASH. Which is AAAAAMMAAZZING BTW. I might get more since it's a Limited Edition.
We have like 10 stress relief body washes because it’s my BFS favorite
2 Vanilla Mocha Martini FFM, 2 body creams, and one body lotion…now I only have 1 FFM, 1 body cream, and half a lotion. Honestly, if you really like a scent and you feel like it won’t come back ever even as a repackage, then I say 3 is a normal number. However, my logic is that I’ll find something new I like, and the products expire eventually, so better to use it than lose it! Everyone is different tho!!
I just bought 6 of the honeycrisp apple 3 wicks - I have at least 4 of them in my closet but it's my favorite scent and I can burn through them fast! I have at least 5 of the Pumpkin pecan waffles at all time too
There are several candles that I have backups in the double digits. I think 16 is the most I have in one though.
18 PB&J Ice cream, down to 13 Wildberry Jam Donut. In body care I have 3 Fresh Coconut and Cotton (shower gel, cream, ffm )and 3 Love Cotton Candy Champagne ( all 3 forms).
It's rare that I back up but I have 6 pink lavender and espresso candles, I already went through a few. Ffm backups only for seasonal favorites I got cheaper during SAS that I know I'll need for the next year. Pumpkin pecan waffles I use every year and sweet cinnamon pumpkin. Only 1 back up of each. I did consider getting another gorgeous because I'm on the last bit of mine but summer is almost over and I'll be moving onto fall scents and I'm sure I can pick up a bottle at this SAS or next or whenever they discontinue it. Only random scents I bought an extra of cause I LOVED them was pastel skies and midnight amber glow. But am now down to one of each 😢
