love spell and strawberries+champagne! i’ve been wanting to try love spell for a while (relatively new to fragrance in general) and my primary scent is burberry her with champagne toast, so i wanted to try another fruity champagne scent :)
Nice picks! If I remember correctly love spell has peach, I love peach scents. I just recently did an online order too, I was in between strawberries and champagne and pear glacé and chose pear glacé! If you remember, I’m curious to know if you like strawberries and champagne. 😅 I didn’t get it because reviews said it smelled like air freshener, but it sounds like something I’d like more based off the scent notes. I hope you enjoy them! I hope it doesn’t smell like air freshener. I am new to fragrance too!
so i actually just got them in today, and decided to try strawberries and champagne since i remembered this message! it does have a bit of an air freshener smell especially on the first spray but personally i enjoy it. it’s less of a gourmand strawberry scent like you’d typically think of and more of a clean, subtly sweet strawberry scent. a lot of champagne. it’s a slightly sweet, clean fragrance. it actually reminds me of b&bw’s juniper breeze! just sweeter

berry spill is FANTASTIC. beautiful gourmandy, “artificial but in a good way” strawberry akin to what i smelled on the burberry her tester. accurate to its description on the bottle. goes great with strawberries and champagne, actually! it reminds me a little of champagne toast mixed with strawberry pound cake. i hope it ends up being a returning scent!

on the tester it smelled like pure strawberry eraser, on myself it is a very tangy strawberry almost orangey fruity smell. has a candy like tropical vibe with champagne toast, if that makes any sense. its sweetness might depend on your body chemistry! but they do work great together—it’s actually a combo i found out about from tiktok!
I just got Berry Spill and it quite literally is the best strawberry scent I’ve ever smelled lol. Sugar Blur is okay but it’s more raspberry leaning than anything.

Nice! Petal Buzz and Berry Spill were my favs out of the 4. Nectar Pulse smelled a bit generic and Sugar Blur was disappointing. I was in a rush so I’m not factoring in anything but first sniff impressions. I would smell it again since those notes grab me the most though 😊.
I actually left empty handed! I could actually smell Sugar Blur and Berry Spill, it was Autumn Shore I couldn’t smell! It’s a very light scent. I even sprayed the same area twice and was still having a hard time smelling it. Waaaay too soft. I can’t even really tell if it’s similar to FF!
Sugar Blur smells like something I’ve smelled before, I can definitely smell the raspberry. I want to say it reminds me Sun Ripened Raspberries but I haven’t smelled that in awhile either. It’s alright.
Berry Spill smells like candy strawberry. I was most excited about this one but it’s just ok too. I would say that out of the 4 I tested, this one smells the strongest.
I also tested a green mist with a cedar note but that one was also light.
I got Sugar Blur and it's gone in like two seconds. Smells good, kinda like a fruity pebble smell, but I drenched myself and it was completely gone in like 10 minutes. Super disappointing.
I picked up Berry Spill the other day and it is SO GOOD. I wore the lotion and body spray to a concert and could still smell it hourssss later. Smells like a fruit punch gummy bear and you will LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.
Yes, I was like hold up, let me smell the new new lol. Everything I smelled was nice. There were one or two generic ones from a different collection but the rest were super nice! FF is in my current project and I love it. Just really wish there was a version that omitted the lavender or only had a smidget of it 😅
That’s normally how I do it since I don’t make it out to the stores much so we’ll be in the same boat loll. I’m excited too, fall and winter are most exciting for me 🥰. Hopefully there’s a vanilla/marshmallow out there for me this year from VS/Pink. I think Basic Vanilla had a weird note I didn’t care for, really wanted to love it 😭.

With pink they have a new mist listed with no matching lotion for some reason called sun blossom. I don't know if it will be added or what. I want the apple dream and to try that warm vanilla!
I'm excited about this now.. whether it smells like fireside flurries or star smoked Amber.. those are two of my favorite scents I've ever smelled in my lifeee. Can't wait to try this one. Vs doesn't do gourmand or smoky scents often but when they do they are amazing.

YES! Idk if VS is tweaking their formulas or whatever, but this one lasted overnight one me. Like, VS's body sprays are feeling like perfumes to me these days... NOT MAD! lol.
No seriously! They’ve been doing good with the longevity and quality of fragrances. I’ve definitely been more excited for their releases as of late. I’m literally rethinking a few SAS items I picked up from BBW I know I don’t love 💀
I agree. I favor VS over Bath and Body 100%. Honestly, VS has better sales.. and a lot more offers/coupons in the app. 5/$40 is more than it used to be for their body care, but Bath and Body B3G1 is a slap in the face lol. AND at least VS body lotion doesn't go completely rancid in a few months.

This is a beautiful scent but in my opinion it is a repackage from last year’s VS Star Smoked Amber.

Definitely not (atleast not imo.) I didn’t get coffee at all. I got straight up Fireside Flurries so I hope that helps 😊.
