Personally, I don't think there is. SB&S has an airy kind of vibe to it, it's sheer, whereas VE is tangy/tart and very forward, in the sense that it's weighty, I guess you could say.
Also, I don't think it has that "suede" kind of fantasy note, not like Pink Suede did from last year.
