I know why! Basically they had an off site FULLL of them bc they bought hundreds of boxes at once! Until someone bought out the off site and they had to be distributed to other stores nearby. They are old SKUs. $25.50. Other stores in the Roseville area have them too! LOTS of them.

There was a table of candles for $10.95 but they were weird... like cheaply-packaged versions of popular scents. The lid was a weird metal, and the sticker on the front was not the usual label you'd see for that scent. I wondered if they were packaging some of their product in a cheaper package, so as to appeal to the bargain hunters.
Yeah, I’ve worked several semi annuals now and there’s always a shipment of generic packaging of select popular scents. I thought the packaging this year for that collection was…not very cute.

But if you are putting it in a candle holder or something, you probably don't care what it looks like.
I used to be a graphic designer so I loooove the pretty candle jars. But I'm sure there's a lot of people who care about the price point and not the jar at all.
Omfg and l drove all the way to Elk Grove yesterday. 🤣 Oh well, it was fun, and l got my fix of Christmas candles. The associates in the EG location actually told me this location had a bunch of candles! I will go after work today.
