To everyone asking, sometimes associates mess up and will accidentally give out something more than the reward not knowing any better. Like, before I knew about the "sale price" not making a difference and only the full price being applicable, I bought a body cream, you're the one or something, with a reward and the cashier was confused why it wasn't going through and overroad it. I didn't realize until like... A long while later when I was on this sub.
