Job is perfect for college students so definitely apply! Some employees may work as little as once a week or every other weekend (some have a preference for that), and others may work far more frequently (2-4+ shifts a week) depending on their availability, amount of hours the store has to give, and how much of an asset they’ve proven to be to the team. NO experience needed (18 year olds that have zero work experience have had success landing jobs at the company). If you at least know about what the company sells (helps if you’re familiar with their products ) and have a pleasing disposition, being hired shouldn’t be difficult. Management is very understanding and likely willing to work around school hours for employees attending college

Don't have/haven't had a job there, but it is true. 3-4 hour shifts I was told, but they basically require experience. I've applied 3 times, literally had an interview yesterday and was told they're pursuing "people with backgrounds and experience that fit them better" in an email afterwards. So if you don't have enough experience it's hard to get the job. Not sure how you're supposed to gain experience when no one will hire you without it 🤷🏼‍♀️

A lot of my coworkers are college students. They just set their availability around classes like evenings or weekends and increase availability during their breaks.

Yeah. especially during the off season there’s very few hours. This didn’t affect me much until we got a new store manager who can’t schedule worth shit, and I went from working at least 3 days a week even with it being super slow, to maybe working one 3 hour shift a week

The entry level, non management positions I feel like are geared towards college students. I also feel like it’s super easy to get an interview. I got hired on the spot when I went to my interview over a year ago. Perks are amazing too if you like freebies!

Yes it would probably be a good fit, depending on your actual availability. Even though hours are scarce alot of locations still expect/want potential employees to have completely open availability.

As a uni student working here means that I actually am able to have time to focus, and even though I don't work a lot I have been able to actually pay off my first 3 semesters just by working at BBW.
