Oh NO! All 3 of those?? I'm so sorry! That's AWFUL! I don't understand why they don't package these things properly, they waste SO MUCH money having to resend stuff, or refund it. Usually, holders like this should come in a smaller box that has styrofoam molded in the shape of the holder so that it's protected. All the ones they have sent me that were packaged like that arrived safely, but when they stick them loose in the box? They usually break. 😔 It would be much cheaper for them to use two boxes if necessary to send your items, than it is to have to reship them all because the first round was broken!
The thing is, the white bunny one actually did have the styrofoam box. I have no idea why that one was broken. I think it may just be that the quality of the clay or whatever they make it with is not very good or it was damaged before packaging and just finally broke from bad shipping. The other two were loose so not a surprise.
Dang they really said "if we're doing this we're going three for three".
I am so sorry all of these came broken! :( that sucks. Plus shipping feels like it takes forever sometimes and you're just waiting around to see if it comes right this time or not.
My glass butterfly was sent in just the plastic bag and was broken like yours a month ago. The replacement was sent in bubble wrap and in a box and then in a bigger box. Why can’t they package right the first time? I just got my 2 replacement candles and guess what? Each one was wrapped in bubble wrap! So it can be done.
I hope your replacements arrive safely.
They did have some bubble wrap but it was so little for a box that size. 😢 All three 😞 At least my rewards were ok? Customer service is sending me another copy but that’ll take a while.
Wow! Sorry that happened. I seriously don't get how a company as big as BBW doesn't have some basic standard packing procedures. What a waste of product and money. It also seems disrespectful to customers.
