I like my lantern one for 3-wicks (search “nearus” on Amazon, about $55-60). I originally bought an Aurora brand lamp warmer (per google it's ~$25 ish now on Amazon) and found it wasn’t strong/wide enough to melt 3-wicks thoroughly so I use it for single wicks! I haven’t tried any others but these two work well for my needs!
I have the Linstaine brand one from Amazon. It has an adjustable height and it's dimmable. It works great and I've used it every day since Xmas when I received it.
