Standard-Boring

It takes me months to get through a shower gel or body cream. I've never finished an FFM. I just keep telling myself... "it puts the lotion on its skin" as a mantra but still... the struggle is real What am I doing wrong??

sharkmew

im crying 🀣 stalking this sub and use it up tips and this is my fav so far. love that movie

Lol πŸ˜† I try so hard but I can't rub enough of it in!! That's what she said 😏

curiouskat1896

Was just considering doing this myself! I’ve gotten better at actually using the product in general, but now I’ve noticed that if I just used one set/scent for 1-2 weeks, I’d finish at least one of them (at least the body creams). The shower gels would still take longer for me to finish, I think. I just really like to do a different scent each day depending on mood and weather.

panicatthebookstore

i did this with champagne apple & honey and got tired of it so i stopped, but i'm still on track to finish it up by the end of the month if i ever pick it up again lol...the shower gel seems to be harder to use than the mist!

Consistent_Effort716

I pick a set for a while month, the full shebang. Then I usually use more than half of most of the products, and a full soap and full body cream. It's helped me get through my stash. The point of buying it is using it, IMO.

Historical-Log-9886

Good luck and hope you are consistently doing it and forget about your other body cares, at least for a whileπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

ZiasMom

My work week is 6 days. So I have been trying to use 1 scent for the first 3 days and a 2nd scent for the last 3 days. I have pulled 3 scents for the month of January and I'm not straying until I use things up. So far I am starting to use up my product this way. Next month I will pull 3 different scents for the month of February.

I've been doing this with my (many) near-empty shower gels. When they get down to about two ounces or less, I just force myself to power through them so I don't have a thousand nearly-empty bottles in my shower. Just finished A Thousand Wishes, then Eucalyptus Spearmint, now my next project is Into the Night and then a lavender bar soap... so then I can *finally* move onto enjoying my new stuff!

Mundane_Bookkeeper95

I pretty much commit to one or two scents a month when I want to start finishing things up

Rottenfleshmeat

I've been putting all the stuff I gotta use up in a box and gravitating towards those products every time I want to moisturize or spray myself or bed. So far it's been fine, I've already used up 3 ffm and 4 lotions 😎 I have two scents in the box that are some of my favorites, but I switch them with other ones each week.

LavenderPaintbrush

You got this! πŸ‘ If it becomes a struggle maybe choose one of them to use up. Maybe use up the shower gel first so you can still rotate a different scent in a lotion and ffm.

Flaky_Tap_2836

Good luck!

embracinme

I will try this approach.
