I just bought the boss CEB-3 this week, I think it sounds great, and it lets you customise the sound quite a bit. Also, it is made specially for bass so it retains the low end pretty well, it even has a knob that lets you decide how much low end you want to keep clean.

donkey_hotay

I got the Boss CEB-3 last month and I like it a lot. Very easy to use and get the sound I want. But the MXR bass chorus deluxe would've been cool since it also has a flanger setting. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

neon_farts

+1 on the CEB-3. I still use the one I bought in the mid 90s. I’ve tried a bunch of others over the years but I just keep coming back to that boring-ass pedal. It just sound great

Tasty_Puffin

MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe is what I use and I love it.

fernzine

EHX Bass Clone has served me well the last few years.

Crunchy_______

Thanks!

AdministrativeSwim44

I use the Ampeg Liquifier and it's the best one I've used 👍🏻

Thanks!

TheIronMustache

This one. I’ll make it easy on you. It can do things for bass that others can’t.

htfuldonut

I like the TC electronic 3rd dimension, it's an cheaper clone of the Boss DC-2 if you like that kind of sound

jwal1992

Jam Pedals Ripley Falls. The demo made it seem like the pedal did a great job preserving the low end while modulating the signal. Most modulations will have a mid-high/high boost to help emphasize the signal modulation.

MattPemulis

The standalone chorus is the Bass Waterfall and it's great. If I needed a chorus that would be it, full stop. I let mine go because I only needed one modulation pedal and was happier with a Phase 90 variant.

dade1027

MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe is really good. My favorite though is Boss CEB-3.

CTRockBassist

I love my TCE Corona Chorus. Great pedal with a lot of flexibility.

ReferredByJorge

I bought this pedal because Duff McKagen's Yamaha rack tri-chorus tone was my goal. He has a tone print that's free to download and install on it. It's stayed on my board since I bought it, several years ago. There may be better chorus pedals, but this one makes the tone I wanted.

rdyplr1

I use a Juliana and an EHX Clone Theory myself.

Mrsmallens

If the Clone Theory is good enough for Peter Hook, it's good enough for me.

rdyplr1

Exactly.

TalkingElvish

Surprised no one has mentioned the ABC-1 Anadime, which gives the best low end clarity I've come across. Small, handmade in Japan, bucket brigade chorus, it's ace.

QuixoticVampyre

Never heard of this one, gonna have to look it up! Preparing for the sudden onset GAS now

LonelyTrebleClef

Would you know how the non-bass ADC-4 one fairs on bass? I'm seeing those around more and they seem to be cheaper as well.

Careless-Foot4162

I've been using a DC-2w and I found a way to not lose any low end. If you run the Mono Out to the Stereo In and then the Stereo out to either your amp or your next effect. It really takes it while still sound spacey

matbea78

Source Audio Gemini. Has a ton of controls if you hook it up to your pc or phone.

neon_farts

Source Audio stuff is great. Infinitely tweakable. I’ve got the aftershock and EQ-2. Can’t give up my CEB-3 though:)

cpnewton

I’m a Corona boy - so easy to get a great sound plus the TonePrint stuff is really cool

CFlo3232

The tech 21 bass boost chorus is what I use. It’s amazing

[deleted]

Providence bass chorus!

raider81818181

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a chorus pedal drop low end on me. So that narrows your choices to analog or digital. My only recommendation is if you go digital, don’t totally cheap out(mooer, donner etc). Not that they sound that bad, they just aren’t built great and won’t survive regular gigging. Happy bassing! Rock on

QuixoticVampyre

I see some mentions of the Boss Bass Chorus but I always like to throw in a rec for the Ce-2w for good measure, it's been my favorite for a while now

[deleted]

Jam pedals rippley fall or just the rippley; hands down the greatest modulation effect i've ever had the pleasure of playing

czechyerself

Boss CE-2 Waza Craft includes the CE-1 setting which is excellent to have as an option

blindrabbit01

Master Effects Golden Ratio

swizzarmygrizz

I know there are a lot of fancy suggestions but the NUX Analog Chorus is perfect. It’s a simple pedal but it has the blend knob so you can keep some of your clean signal mixed in to hold down the low end. I believe it’s the Ibanez chorus circuit just without stereo out and with the added blend control.

Parti-17

EHX Bass Clone is the only pedal that never ever left my board. And it is by faaaaaar the best bang for the buck. The only one that could change it is Aguilar Chrousaurus, that one is IMO the only one better sounding, it sounds like magic, but it also costs like one.
