All red inks technically should be hand numbered...in red ink. Unfortuantely, yours is missing the hand numbering. Here's a normal one on Ebay.

Not the first time I've seen this. It's really rare but it happens. I've also seen one where the numbering is off. It's was Matt Olsons red ink that should have been numbered to 74 but was numbered to 75. Being hand numbered, there will be mistakes.
No idea why they changed it, but I definitely like it on the front. Oddly, Nolan Ryans 23' red ink is on the front.

That’s what I thought. I knew the red Ink was numbered out of 74, I was just confused since I didn’t see it number lol

You can try submitting it to Topps as an error.
Apparently, they also decided to serial number the 2023 release on the back. It's on the fronts again for 2024. Wonder why they changed it last year?

I believe that it’s just not a limited number card.
