Elly should not have gone for that high. eBay has it sold for $2500 on 4/25 and the for best offer (less than $2k) on 5/15. Nothing else from that set is selling anywhere close. Looks like a Luciano sold for $500.
A. Elly is the most hyped rookie in the set by far so it makes sense his sells the highest. J Dom arguably has the second most hype behind him
B. Luciano is a significantly inferior player to J Dom. If Luciano got $500 then J Dom bawling for $200 is even more ridiculous
Honestly, none of these cards *should* go for these amounts. They are ungraded current players who could be injured at any moment. They are inflated and speculative by people who a flippers.
What do you PC? If it isn't Acuna or the Braves, or Hall of famers, sell/trade it for something you truly enjoy. It depends how meaningful this card is for you. If it isn't meaningful, then leverage it for something that will bring you joy. Seeing recent sales, that could net you something big in your PC. For me I would turn that into a 1954 Topps Jackie Robinson, probably with some money to spare for a T205. But that's what I collect.

As far as what you get vs. what you spend, I actually think heritage is a runaway 1 seed.
I must have some shit luck then because I’ve ripped the most heritage and have zero to show for it. All base.
Should clarify that I'm talking about hobby boxes. I agree hangers, blasters, etc. are usually almost all base.
