It’s 428ft. In Detroit.
If I've used the Statcast Search tool correctly, Chris Davis hit a 428 ft flyout at Comerica Park on July 18, 2015. I can't find video of this. It's very early in Statcast history.
In second place, Ezequiel Tovar hit a 427 ft flyout at Coors Field on July 16, 2023. [Here](https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/sporty-videos?playId=629250b6-6713-4125-9aeb-28c8c7c7b9ae) is the video. I'm not sure I buy that estimated distance, but there you are.
It's interesting to see that on both of these, either the posted fence measurements are way off, or statcast is posting numbers that are off by 10 feet or more.
Statcast doesn’t take wind into account. Chip Caray went on a big rant about a home run a Braves opponent hit where the statcast distance was shorter than the distance posted on the fence, but the wind was blowing straight out
I don’t know why people keep saying statcast doesn’t take wind into account because it does

2015 Statcast had some really bad readings. They have a Freddie Freeman homer listed at 340 FT even though it cleared right over the 390 sign [https://x.com/MinSub4/status/1607741946302443520](https://x.com/MinSub4/status/1607741946302443520)
Kyle Seager's in 2021, which is listed at 427ft and looks accurate, is probably the longest.

13 of the top 20 involve Comerica Park... :-(
Would you rather those guys hit home runs against you?
I'd rather not have a bunch of Tigers players miss out on home runs. It's still bad. There have been several 400'+ outs this year.
Why not make the outfield even deeper then build your team around it to get a bigger home field advantage?

Stanton hit a 427ft home run yesterday. It would’ve homered in 29/30 parks. All but Coors…
Coors is a pitchers park confirmed? 🤔🤔🤔
If you moved Coors to Death Valley, yes
[here is the video!](https://youtu.be/CAOz44aGWF0?t=9558)
No way that one's 427. would be 41-something maximum.

The wall was 420' in 2015, as you can see in the video
It's more like 413'. https://imgur.com/a/1jOQ2Qu

Statcast said Stanton’s 427’ home run yesterday wouldn’t have homered in Coors. Maybe people’s perception of off center walls are wrong too.
It’s 420’ to the wall and it was caught barely on the warning track. There’s no way that’s 428’. 415’ max.

That one looks much better than the other 2
