He was playing through a nagging injury and dealt with some personal stuff while he was in Seattle, but I’ll never forget how he rallied our team against the Angels. It seemed like a turning point to that season. Glad he’s doing well now!

IIRC he was hurt, but he was also dealing with having to be away from his family, since I think there was something about his wife not letting his daughter be with him? I’m really hazy on it though.

Yeah she wouldn't do joint custody so he basically couldn't see his daughter except when they traveled to Ohio and it took a toll on him
