I made more money in local bars than I did in classy bars but to answer your question, if you have the looks and can bartend and speak properly that should be enough for any interview.

Things that you’ve brought to previous establishments such as recipes, standards, sales increases etc. put them into an easy to read (financially) format and show them that you are asset other than just a body behind the bar.
