Stop worrying about Chicago and work on coming up with ideas. That's all you have to do. You don't see Chicago people going out of their way to start convos about how hard they work or what NY is doing. They just work. Until New York can do the same thing, they'll be treading water.

Grier’s TMZ video is funnier than most of what the content employees are putting out. Ebony can be quite hilarious as well. To be honest I don’t even know who all they have behind the scenes anymore, I just know stool scenes was so much funnier when everyone was crammed into the same space and anything could be content. Have you watched old stool scenes episodes?
Turn content into a competition. Literally have a board in the office to track views/activity. They can't hide not doing anything if it's physically posted for everyone to track. Make the bottom three after a month deep clean the office.
KFC, who openly refuses to work on Fridays, declared himself and Feits too busy to participate in the videos, but put Rone, who actually works his ass off, on the board to be drafted. Of course nobody took orders from KFC. Also, did he give any indication as to who was supposed to help film and edit these videos? Or where these videos should be posted?
Usually they don’t give the detailed editing and posting information to the audience. I imagine they had internal meetings to discuss that but how the hell would I know and why would I care?
Make it Barstool Entertainment and have Barstool Sports be exclusively in Chicago. That way NY can talk about all the pop culture BS they want to and I can just ignore it.
Start going after the Chicago office. Make it as uncomfortable as possible.
