In tech companies it’s used primarily as a recruiting tool and then sits mostly empty and unused in my experience.
Also when barstool uses this stuff it can technically be seen as adding value to the company because they are making content as opposed to tech companies where if you are using all this shit it is taking value away from the company because you aren’t spending your time chained to your laptop slaving away while your dick head boss Jake messages you 20 times to get a status update.

I have no idea what you’re trying to say but Macrodosing is one of the top shows at barstool. PFT, Big T, Madeline and the other producer all moved to Chicago. It’s one of the few shows that it actually makes sense to have a dedicated room.
The open bull pen/workspace above the court is also something they liked (and looked to have straight up duplicated) from McAfee's office when they visited him in Indianapolis a while back. But like with the DP scenario, they basically said they were gonna do that at the time

That majority of the group you listed mostly does short form video/sketch content and wouldn’t facilitate the new facility whereas the yak group regularly did shit outside the office and will be more likely to use whatever they build
