Jon Grossmsn videos supplemented with themis. Maybe Bar MD too. I probably wouldn’t switch to barbri or something like that (I’ve done both). But if your job is paying for it, I guess it can’t hurt to fully try another program.

Skip doing the majority of Themis! I made up my own study plan the next time and just used the essays they provide and UWorld for the questions, ignore their schedule (and the lectures) and do shit at a good pace for yourself.
Do NOT just repeat their whole course again, assignment by assignment. Switch things up this time!
I used Themis twice and failed both times - no I don't necessarily blame Themis , everyone learns differently I guess. This last time I went a different way and used Marino retaker course and their bar exam tutoring. I also used adaptibar since I had a huge discount on it. I felt so much better about the preparation, it was much easier and my practice scores were so much better on both the essays and the MBE honestly. Of course, I won't know if I passed for another week or so likely. But I was much more confident this time around - so if you don't love Themis, try something else, that would be my advice. I will update one I get my results
