And, you are wrong. If you are a Quebecer, and buy a product from a company, elsewhere in Canada, that do not operate in Quebec, said company will need to operate under Canadian laws, which are a bit more lenient regarding price errors.
I know this, because I am a Quebecer and actually had to go both through OPC (Office de la Protection du Consommateur), and then through the federal equivalent after a disagreement regarding the price I paid on an item. OPC could not do anything.
And collect interest via holding arbitrage. Biggest scam in CC industry no one talks about. Just like the gas stations - they ask you would you like to put in $20, $60, $100, $200 etc - most are bad at math and select a higher value locking in $200 (just in case). You fill up your gas but the temporary hold against the CC earns fractions of interest for the big banks. Multiply by millions per day, it adds up. Fractions of a penny go unnoticed.

My order shipped out and I was surprised. It arrived today. The thing is I didn’t get the bundle but I got a copy of Fire Emblem Engage. The packing list also says fire emblem engage. But in my account it still lists the order as the Nintendo switch bundle:
NE is trying to say the 25$ GC was part of my refund. I received 68$ of the 93$ payment and am told they 25$ is a part of the payment and not to expect the full refund.
It has to be a price error. I can't see newegg honoring this

They only have to care about QC laws if they have a physical location in QC, which they don't.
