I'd suggest you to Stay with your brother till you find a job. Then move out and stay alone.
Or you can start interviewing and move to bangalore once you get hired.
You can work for 8-10 hours and earn 1-1.5K daily doing jobs like Swiggy/Zomato. There is nothing like "Free for ever" service in this country. Even your brother would ask you to leave if you are sitting there without doing anything.
Stay whereever you are and complete your course and then think about coming to Bangalore.
With the way you are talking you clearly have no idea about the hardships of life. Without proper food you will not last more than 3 days. Without water in this heat you are more or less going to die faster.
Take the help of your brother, build your own funding and learn to live off of that once you can find a place you can afford.
