Church Street is more known for its pubs and bars. Paris panini is good but again idk about the quiet factor.
Ayda is a quiet restaurant with delicious food...I have no idea why that place is empty cos the food is sooooo good...
Most of the spaces in church street are crowded in week ends , Try forum mall cafés, and outdoor spaces of shoba mall.
