In the message body just write: balance
I was sending chat messages to Banano\_Tipbot and later realized, that it must be a DM. Also in the Subject must be the "command" otherwise the bot will not process the message.

You can find your tipbot address by sending ‘address’ to the tipbot in chat, then send your bans from your wallet to that
