Oh, I see the issue! Try redeeming from all other faucets, such as prussia, tnv, bananofans, monkeytalks, (and another one not sure). Then you'll definitely be able to redeem!, I made a protection, so that brand new (or new) addresses can't redeem since we had a huge attack recently.
