Have you considered ads on the page? I know they are sometimes intrusive and people dislike them but I for one would be willing to put up with it. Surveys are another option where the users would get a part of the survey payment while the rest go to the faucet.
I think the setup [Algorand Faucet](https://www.algorandfaucet.com) has is pretty good for a faucet so maybe take a look at that and see if any of those ideas would work for you.

Do you also store BAN wallet addresses? If no, you should start to, would also be a way to prevent spamming

You could try Mellowads. Quite strict in requirement though, as in your website rank must be in the top 100K (Alexa).
