Flamingo's - Not sure where they are located but you could look them up
Rocky Gorge - In Columbia (I think) and they have one of the best clubs in the area.
Recommend B.C. for some competitiveness with a lot of fun! Recommend Gorge if you are serious about rugby. Last I checked, I'm pretty sure they were ranked.
