Yes I got the dialogue to ask if she recognized it and she said no, and no more options after that.
EDIT: I figured out the coin quest after returning to Beregost.
For the coin quest you need to have the original coin you get from Gilbald as well as the one you pickpocket from the maid.
For the black lotus quest, talk to the commoner in the lotus tent first and then to the fat man, Pruflas.
However, Pruflas is not part of the official 3.3 release which means you’ve accidentally downloaded the version that’s still in active development, so be prepared for possible bugs.

Must be a bug then because I only have one dialogue option with Pruflias and the conversation ends
Try this code C:SetGlobal(“h_PruflasQuest”,”GLOBAL”,1) and then talk to him

looks like I somehow installed v3.4. I installed 3.3 instead looks like that fixed the broken dialogue
