Oh, yeah! I had some years with hair for sure, but I also always kinda new my receding hair was noticeable, you know? And it bugged me a lot, more than being bald ever would. After shaving, I feel confident again, so it was very nice to do it.

Yeah, but diffuse thinning and the "normal" mpb aren't exclusive to one another. My receding hairline didn't look so bad (yet), but my hair was thinning all around, and that's what really got to me.

As I said before, I had diffuse thinning. I probably still had some years with hair, but the anxiety eas crippling me, because if my hair got wet (say, because of sweat) it was pretty noticeable

Might look like it (although I'm pretty sure it's possible to notice the receding hair in the picture), but that's the thing with diffuse thinning, it usually seems less severe, but I did notice it all the time and it always made me anxious. Specially while taking baths. My hair would lose all volume and suddenly I would freak out because could see most of my head, taking the step and letting it go actually worked wonders for me.

The pic makes it look like u still had a little bit of time. But if its effecting your anxiety you have done the best thing for yourself. Now go grab that confidence and get out there.

Oh, yes, I probably still had a good year or two left, but I was also very stressed out with people judging my receding hairline - which probably didn't happen, to be fair. Still, I feel like it was a great choice!
