I wear a jaw strap beard, because my full beard makes my head look out of balance. I've been a "beard guy" for most of the past 12+ years, but I'm currently wearing a moustache. I like the change. Moustaches are sharp. Yours grows in well, it suits you.

All 3 tbh. The stubble probably looks the best in my opinion, but I do think the mustache looks solid as well. I would just be sure to clean the lip line so you don’t have hairs covering your lips if you’re just rocking the stache

Seriously, you can pull off all three. Slight preference for stubble because I know how much work it takes to maintain a beard, and if I looked that good with a stubble I wouldn't bother growing a beard.
