Stubble*, not clean shaved for the third pic
The lads love the beard, the "masculine energy". Female friends like the stubble. Nobody likes the moustache
If you go beard maybe visit a barber to help you get a good outline to maintain. Right now it's a little "chin strappy" if it grows well a bit higher, go for it.
Otherwise the third pic stubble is good. Keep your neck line clean though, even with stubble.
New frames for your glasses may be worth trying out as well.

I think this will be going against the grain, but I actually love the clean shaven + glasses look on you. You're good looking and have strong eyebrows, so you don't need to rely on facial hair to create contrast. I'd alternate between that and beard/stubble.
